This has not been my survey day, which is sad because I'm heading out of town again. I completed a DS on a new food sauce brand. I had to tap the screen bar viewing all the possible names ect. It wasn't too long, but got the nice white thanks page instead of the congratulations, so I'm just warning others about it. Not a warning, but tried earlier for a DS and took a very long survey about insurance companies that must have timed out because when I thought I had answered the last question it took forever then went to the unavailable screen, and no credit. Sigh. That leads to a question, is there a time that is too long( taking the survey) and it won't credit, say an hour or something? It was taking so long and I wanted to X out, but then I worried about all the time I had already put in being wasted. But if it was going to be all for nothing, I should have saved myself the aggravation. Know what I mean? I really don't want others mad that this is a long complaint, I seriously have a question.

DH completed a MV survey last night on a buyback program for cell phones that routed to the completion page but did not credit.

i got to the end of a DS about magazines, it was 100% completed, and when i clicked the end survey button at the end as usual, and it TERMINATED my completed survey. i'm sure that means no credit for me.
now, not only do i have no more DS options, i've crapped out on all the other ones too. i'm NOT a happy camper. guess i'll see y'all tomorrow. hope everyone else has better luck.

not really a survey problem, per se, but i just went to the DS page and noticed surveys are no longer .90, but .80, and SH surveys are now .70. :(

Here's why-maybe-that's a good thing. Maybe SR is gearing up for a holiday contest like last year.
I know that once you hit a certain number of surveys between the beginning of the contest and Christmas(eve??)-we all got a nice bonus.
Can't remember the exact numbers but it was a nice bonus-$5 and $10 I think.

I just finished an SSI survey. It was from Frost and Sullivan on communication devices. When it was at the end, instead of ending it kept cycling backward and forward through the questions and never ended. I wanted to warn others.

I completed a MV yesterday, 11/3, which never credited. Haven't tried one today.

Either the pixel fires for our system or we are out of luck. But I will say that our credits are actually pretty high for MV right now. thanks, tricia. i think it stinks that they're so uncommunicative, but maybe i'll get lucky and my credit will come through this hour.
ETA: no credit on 2nd hour. looks like i'll be passing on MV from now on. not wasting my time on surveys that aren't going to credit.

I got burned last night with MV. Tried another one tonight about buying a TV and it did not credit.

MV credits are done with a simple cookie and no reporting at all. So if you click on our link and the cookie is set and you get to the completion page within two hours, your credit should appear. Are you getting to a completion page and letting it load the whole way? If you are having troubles, please leave your window open for about half an hour after you complete the survey. If your credit does not come through, go to "View" "Page Source" at the top of your page and copy everything there into a notepad or Word document and send it to me. I will look and see if the completion data is on there. If it is NOT there, we will have to find out from them why it is not showing up. If it IS there, we will have to find out why the cookie on your computer isn't matching up with it.
We're still seeing pretty high credits coming through on MV.

I just sent you an email with what I copied from the page source on a MV that I completed an hour and a half ago and still have no credit. After the completion page came up, it went to the registration page, which is the page I got the info from. It didn't stay on the completion page long enough to copy from it, as it transitioned right into the other.

Just did a long Samplicious which did not return to SR, but rather a Samplicious page and did not credit. This was about women's clothes and designers, about 40 minutes. Be aware.

UGHHHHH! :computer: i just did a LOOOOONG survey that contained videos, and was mainly about body lotion, and i got all the way to the end and it told me i didn't qualify! that is SO wrong and unfair!

I got the same one with the same result. :computer: It seems I frequently have bad luck on the videos surveys.

I just completed an SSI about casual dining restaurants, clicked the Submit button, and got routed to the "Sorry you didn't qualify" page. I don't think that has ever happened to me on SSI. The survey was supposed to take 15 minutes and actually took 20. :mad:

Same thing. I Know there were 2 (please click this button) but I thought maybe I missed another one. It could of been a timed one, or if you clicked on the same answer it will eliminate you too. I remember reading "don!t dwell on answers to Lomg, so I am betting it was a timed one. It took me 20 minutes too,, and it was only suppose to be 15.
I did not get credit for an MV, but I did another one and got credit later last nite. I forgot to clean out my cache at work.

Just did a pretty long SSI about lawn seed. Second video would not load and it had to be almost the end of the survey. Tried refreshing twice but it just kept trying to buffer, so finally after half hour had to close it.

It was about body lotion and it was one where you have to preload several videos and then play them and use the "remote control" to watch them. Then they asked about what we liked/disliked about the lotions. What items we would want in our basket if we won a complimentary basket of products LOL and then at the end it went to a white page that said I didn't qualify that looked kinda like the GF white page we get sometimes that says we will get credit later. Ive taken this type of survey many times and gotten trough them and gotten credit. Just seems this one is a fluke or has a disqualifier we are all missing.

I got this survey in my first try with SM Greenfield. Got the congratulation page but no credit yesterday.

What is with the AMP survey's. I haven't gotten one yet this month, but I get this message:
We're sorry, but you seem to have reached the maximum number of surveys in our system for the time period. If you have joined several survey programs, you may have taken one of our surveys on another survey program.
We have many survey opportunities most of the time, so don't hesitate to try again tomorrow for your next chance to give your opinion.
I get this message everyday.

I get that message periodically also. Usually not 2 days in a row but AMP hasn't been very good for me lately. Only got 9 between September 1st and now between the two types. Used to get one or the other almost everyday. I think maybe they dried up on surveys a bit.

I completed a MV survey on advertising yesterday and no credit.
I completed a SH survey yesterday (can't remember the topic) that did not go back to the normal thank you page and no credit. (DH did manage to get one later in the day.)
Today, my DH did a SAMP survey about vacations that did not go back to the normal thank you page and no credit.
I have had other surveys credit both days so I don't think it's my computer. I know that this kind of stuff happens on occasion, but it is a little discouraging to have 3 surveys not credit in less than a 24 hour period. :(

I did a new view and today for the 1st time in I do not know how long it did not credit, I got the completion page, I see the yellow light so I am thinking someone got credit today. Anyone else having this issue with My View today.Thanks for any help.

Been having problems even getting to a mv survey page. Got 2 apache tomcat errors today-and have gotten them in the past week.
Before you did the survey that didn't credit-did you see a page that was all white and had "invalid token" in black at the top?
Got that page about a week ago-and the survey that I completed didn't credit either. Now when I see the "invalid token"-I don't do a mv-I use ccleaner first. Since I've done that, every time I've gotten a mv it HAS credited.
Know that some people were having an issue with mv in the browsers that they were using-but that thread has been locked.

I did notice the invalid token but it was after I submitted the survey. I tried one a little while ago from my laptop did not see the token after and I finished it, just checked and I did get credit for that one. I did not see the thread about the token and I see what I can find out out that. Thanks for your help.

Wow, I knew we had to clear cache between SSI 1 & SSI 2 but I thought the Y2C survey were okay to take without clearing the cache, you just had to take it AFTER taking the DS!

I took a MV about an hour and a half ago and still no credit. I'm guessing becasue my first attempt was unsuccessful and I got the invalid token page that it will probably not credit. After getting that, I went back in a second time without clearing cookies and got and completed one on finding local services. So....I need to remember to use CCleaner after and invalid token pages first? I did use CC before I started. I've spent the past week without internet, so I'm a little out of the loop.

AFAIK, you do NOT have to clean your cache between DS and Y02 or SM. It might have been something wonky with that certain survey.
re the invalid token thingy on MV. I can only relate what has worked for me-I haven't seen anyone else post about that issue.
Yes, when I've gotten the white page with the black lettering that says "invalid token" while in MV. Before attempting another MV survey, I use CCleaner.

Spent 20 minutes on a SM about a number of retail brands and how I interact with them and get "Sorry you don't qualify". I went slowly and did not miss any trick questions. :mad::mad:

It DID credit, but it was 35 minutes of rating my vehicle, each time having to choose exactly ten responses for about a million different driving occasions, then picking the three most important and three least important of the choices. I stuck with it so I could rate it (it was an SSI) - cleary the person who wrote the survey never actually took it. :computer:
But it did credit and it does give me another contest entry, so that's good. It was an awful survey, though!

Me too! I got this one today is tedious and boring, but it did credit!!! For some reason the myview I took last hour did not credit and I know I did everything right....here's hoping it will credit next hour...

4 surveys I have completed this morning and no credit for them.

I just finished a survey about travel on My View. It said it was submitting the answers & then came back with a message that I did not qualify. Huh? Also, I keep getting a 404 error message with MyView. Is anyone else getting this?

Yes I also have been getting that error, I am thinking it means you have completed that survey and gotten the incentive for it. What I also have noticed with MY view is that invalid token I am getting more often, from what I read and what I have happened to me was after you get that and still complete a survey you do not get the incentive for it. I also have think GF has not loaded any new surveys in quite a while, if I can get in its the same options and I click on them I get survey closed. I would think this time of year that surveys should and would be easy, but they are not. I just completed a Samplicio about cosmetics and it was so long I could not believe it, so many pages so many ?ds on each page, I think it went for 60 minutes. I kept me temping to get out of it, however when you put so much time into it that is hard to do. Shead where is used to be able to get the ads survey I have not seen one of those in over a month, what I do get is long surveys. I am thinking this is just not a thing I am seeing, we must all be having this problem.

I was hoping maybe they had worked out some of the kinks and the extremely bothersome repeat questions....but it seems that they still ask those and now when you don't qualify you have to go back to the beginning and answer all the preliminary questions again...what language, birthdate, sex, income, etc, etc

Its funny (or not so funny) how the surveys change over time. It used to be that GF DS and AMP were my easiest and best crediting. Now I rarely get an AMP and have issues sometimes getting a DS but I get a MV or SH almost everyday and the SSI and SSI2 aren't bad either. That's why I now try every single survey every time I can because I have no idea which one is going to be the good one this week LOL. The uncertainty of surveys is the only certain thing. I do know that if I put in the time I can most days get at least 5. Just some things that were on my mind today LOL I must be tired.

Problem again today with MV. Spent about 15 minutes doing a survey about tv, then I got kicked out and it said I didn't qualify, and relocated to the invalid token page. What's the deal??

Something VERY weird is going on. I did an OTX, the short one this morning. Finished it, got the congratulations page and it never credited, yesterday it was a Myview survey and a SSI or SM the day before.....I know when I complete one and it should credit, so something is definitely amiss. It seems like at least one a day for the past week have not credited but it hasn't been the same survey. I take lots of them and know to take my time, answer truthfully and watch for the control questions, so that is not the issue. I haven't been bumped out of them I have gotten to the end and been thanked and told I would get credit. Once in awhile one would not credit in the past but not repeatedly and daily!

I did a Survey Head on financial/insurance companies. At the end, I got a "thank you" screen that said they would evaluate my survey and decide in four-six weeks whether it was valid. What the heck?!?! It didn't credit, of course.
I'm not qualifying for much of anything this week, which makes it especially frustrating when I don't get credit.

DS is, as far as I know, short for the Daily Survey which is offered by Greenfield or Toluna now.

There is a long post at the end that tells you how I go about attacking the surveys. Surveys definitely take some patience. You can continue to try the surveys until you get the thank you page for each telling you that you have completed the survey. Then you have to wait for the credit to show up in your account on the next hour. Make sure to read that post and follow it because some surveys you can't take without clearing cookies first. Surveys is a great way to earn with SR because they are free.

Are you clearing cookies each morning? Do you have other web pages open when doing surveys? There shouldnt be a problem with it crediting. I would clear cookieso next time and do the mv first and wait for it to credit before you do any others and ser whst happens.

Yep-I did a MV about half an hour ago that didn't credit. Got the "invalid token" when I tried earlier today. So I used CCleaner and figured I was good to go. Guess, not so much....:computer:
Also, got a Brain Juicer on GTM about hair care that didn't route back properly and never credited.

Hi Tessera, Welcome!!! Usually surveys will credit at the top of the hour AFTER you have taken them. SOmetimes they do not credit if you go to fast, or provide false info or miss a control question...luckily that doesn't happen alot. I usually will leave the congratulations, thank you or completion page up for a few minutes after I finish any survey. The Daily surveys will route back to a congratulations page that says you will get credit and those always credit when they say they will. Wait until the surveys you have completed have credited before you clear any cookies. You only have to clear cookies between SSI 1 and 2 to make sure you get credit for the second one. Don't try to take the Your Two Cents Survey before you take the daily survey because they are both offered by the same company and the Daily survey is worth more.
Once you get in the swing of it you will find your SR account can grow pretty quickly when you get several surevys a day! Check the forum often, because we all seem to talk about the best surveys and opportunities for making money. Ask questions, we all learn from one another and HAVE FUN!!!

I've been taking surveys for a LONG time and I have not changed a thing. Suddenly, I can't get credit for a MV. The only one I got credit for was the day I completed TWO.
ETA: I completed 2 MV yesterday and did not get credit for either of them.
What's the deal?

I stopped doing the MV surveys last week after taking several of them that did not credit. I was also getting the "invalid Token" page which is when the problems seemed to start.

Yeah, I don't think I am going to waste my time on the MV anymore. There's no sense in spending the time to give them my opinion and then not getting credit.

They were missing, I always have gottens 4-5 different cookies for MV today I noticed in 2 different browsers I was only getting portalmyview.com and the beginning looks weird. For me I clear cookies and also run the cleaner after each surveys credits. I pay attention to what cookies I have and do not have. Check your cookies and post and see if that is the problem for us, then maybe we can ask someone to check with My view and tell them.

That is extremely helping. I just sent an email to SunshineGuy as well as MyView telling them that I want them to try to run us a report from the last 48 hours so we can see why things are not crediting and for them to contact their IT department to see if they made any changes to the system without telling us.

Checking and clearing cookies is different in each browser, which do you use? I use Chrome and Firefox mainly.

OR RUN THE CLEANER IT WILL WIPE THEM ALL OUT FOR YOU THEN YOU CAN GO TO YOUR SITE LOG IN AND FIND THE SURVEY YOU WANT. The brain juicers are all going to that page now when they disqualify you. I got it for both of those surveys yesterday. I dont think the survey is broken I think we just disqualified and that is the page they use now. Has anyone completed a brain juicer (or got to a place where they thought they had) and got that page instead of a congrats/completed page? Just want to make sure.

Hmmm...interesting. I got that page on both of those but it was very clear I was disqualified because I had only gotten past maybe 5-8 questions and never got to the point on Brain Juicers where you have to select the feelings with all the faces and I never got to the point where they ask you to fill in a box or you can choose from responses other people had given. I took a Brain Juicer last night about what teens/preteens think are cool and why and I did get to those points and it did complete and credit. Thats why I thought it was a new page for when you disqualify. It doesnt seem to be an issue with all of the brain juicers and hopefully since you reported them they will be pulled.

Watch out for the mouth wash Brain Juicer b/c because there's more than one. I just had the "opportunity" to another, this time as a My Two Cents. This time it was talking about sensitive teeth instead of gum disease. This one I did not finish (I think) b/c there were no faces and I only filled in a couple of boxes, etc. Got that terminated thing again, though.

I took my time, completed the survey, was thanked, was asked to give my opinion and suggestions about the survey. Then it went to a page to type in a code to get credit. I typed in the code and it went to the TERMINATED page. I know it is not going to credit because I can try to get another DS and that never happens when you successfully complete one. This is very frustrating. I did another brain juicer last week for one of the other survey companies. I completed that one and it never credited either! :computer::computer:

To add insult to injury, I just completed a very long MV survey about shopping for different foods, it took a good 35 -40 minutes and it did not credit at the top of the hour :(

YES I got completely through and was thanked and went to page to type in a code then the terminated page appeared. I have done plenty of Brain Juicers , enough to know I had completed that one and got no credit btw, the first one it happened to me with was the Big Box Store, then it did it again with the mouthwash!

Ok, we get it. I was asking so we would have more info. My suggestion is to close it out if you are given a brain juicer to do. If you got one that did this hopefully u reported it via the greenfield report link. Im sure Tricia will see this and do what she can.

The Brian Juicer that I took yesterday on Mouthwash that said TERMINATED after I typed in the code went well. It went normally from start to finish. It looked as if it should have credited as the other Brain Juicers that have credited in the past. Not upset over .50 (it was a YTC.) Just want to help by reporting the problem. HTH.

In the last several weeks, I've also gotten Brain Juicers from GTM and Y02. Since they are coming from different companies now, that makes it harder to report, yes? I've had BJ's record just fine and a couple do the "terminated" page-or not route back properly and never credit.
Yes, again, the best thing to do, is probably close out of BJ's wo doing them until the issue has been addressed.
However, you add that into the MV not crediting issues-and a contest going on-and it leads to even additional frustration.

Just got burned by the DS with the commercials/remote control. I had read a few weeks ago that alot of people had problems with this one, but with the BJs not credited I figured I should give it a try. Went extremely slowly, carefully read each question and still ended up with the white, Thank you for sharing your opinions! screen.
Hope there are other DS options that can be completed and credit. Think I will wait until after work to try.

I also got the "terminated" Brain Juicer survey yesterday. Is it just me or are there alot more of the "white screen" surveys lately?
My computer got a virus a couple days ago so my DS fixed it as best he could and I thought the BJ survey didn't work because my computer wasn't right. So my computer tech, guru, god, here at work is going to take a look at it. I hope he lets me know if it's fixable by tomorrow so that I can look for a new laptop on BF! :computer:

I completed SSI-2 surveys on 11/17, 11/19, 11/20, 11/21, but only the first one credited. I've been clearing cookies every day, and did not repeat any specific survey subjects.
A My View survey on 11/19 did not credit.
MyTwoCents credited on 11/19, but not on 11/21.
How long should I wait before concluding that they will never credit? To lose the credit for 5 surveys over 4 days is rather discouraging. Are there any steps I can take to recover the missing credits?
ETA: the missing surveys also do not show up in my total count for the Holiday Giveaway contest.

The others-are you waiting to get credit for SSi then clearing and trying SSi2? Try a survey between trying those.

I agree about the My View. There is an issue and MV has been notified but there hasnt been a solution yet. I would hold off on taking that one as long as the light on it stays red or until we get notice from Tricia that it is ok to take them again.
The SSi2 issue seems to be a cookie issue. Are you clearing cookies in between taking an ssi1 and ssi2? You also cant go back and forth trying the two without clearing cookies because it will mess up the cookies. So if you try to take an SSI1 and cant qualify dont try to take an SSI2 until you have cleared cookies. If you take an SSI1 and qualify and finish make sure you wait for it to credit and then clear cookies before trying to take an SSI2.
There is no way to get credit for the ones that didnt credit. Take it slow and try doing the SSI surveys like above and hopefully it will work. Once you try it if it doesnt work then we need to look at the possibility that you have something blocking your cookies for that survey. Seems strange though if the SSI1 are crediting. Let us know how it goes.

The others-are you waiting to get credit for SSi then clearing and trying SSi2? Try a survey between trying those.

Hi, thanks for your response. I was clearing cookies once per day in the a.m., then saw that I should clear between SSI surveys, so I started doing that yesterday. I did wait several hours, but didn't know how long I should wait. When nothing credited, I went ahead and cleared cookies, then took the second SSI (which also didn't credit). Yes, I've been getting the (paraphrased) "thanks for completing the survey"-type page at the end; I didn't note the survey "completed" in my own records until I got that page. I think I'm going to skip the SSI surveys in the future, unless information appears that they're going to start crediting. Am I the only one having trouble with them?

Yes it would seem you are the only one having an issue. I have taken and gotten credit for both of the SSI's today and over the past few days. So you said that you just started clearing cookies more than once a day yesterday. What surveys have you taken today that you didnt get credit for and what order did you take them in?

As a matter of fact I just went and checked and both the SSI1 and the SSI2 are green which means that the majority of people who click on those surveys are not only qualifying for those but also getting credit for it. Lets see if we cant figure out why yours arent crediting.

I agree about the My View. There is an issue and MV has been notified but there hasnt been a solution yet. I would hold off on taking that one as long as the light on it stays red or until we get notice from Tricia that it is ok to take them again.
The SSi2 issue seems to be a cookie issue. Are you clearing cookies in between taking an ssi1 and ssi2? You also cant go back and forth trying the two without clearing cookies because it will mess up the cookies. So if you try to take an SSI1 and cant qualify dont try to take an SSI2 until you have cleared cookies. If you take an SSI1 and qualify and finish make sure you wait for it to credit and then clear cookies before trying to take an SSI2.
There is no way to get credit for the ones that didnt credit. Take it slow and try doing the SSI surveys like above and hopefully it will work. Once you try it if it doesnt work then we need to look at the possibility that you have something blocking your cookies for that survey. Seems strange though if the SSI1 are crediting. Let us know how it goes.
Hi, the SSI surveys were the only ones that I got today. I started with clearing cookies. Then I did one SSI survey (I don't recall whether it was SSI or SSI-2), waited a while, got no credit. Then I cleared cookies and did the other SSI survey, which still has not credited (it's been 5 hours or so). Then I tried the remaining surveys, with no success. So I've cleared cookies twice today: first, before doing anything, then after completing the first SSI survey and before taking the second. If I'm the only one with the problem, it must be computer-related (?) (It can't be my delightful personality!;-)
ETA: Since I've received no credit for today's SSI and SSI-2 surveys, should I clear cookies once more and take them again?

Hmmmm lets see. Are you going between the SSI1 and the SSI2 trying them both at the same time until you get one or the other and then wait for the survey to credit? You cant try both of them at the same time. SO here is how I usually do the surveys and except when there is an overall issue with crediting I very rarely have issues. I clear cookies and go in to do the Greenfield Daily Survey and then I try to get the AMP Long and then the My View (which I am not doing right now because of overall crediting issues) and then I do the Survey Head. Usually I can get all of these done (or get the no available surveys message) for all of these within an hour. I wait for them to credit. Then I will try for the SSI1. DO NOT even think about clicking on the SSI2 link at all until you have either gotten credit for the SSI1 or gotten the no available surveys message and then cleared cookies. Only try the SSI1. Another thing I do is to let my husband take the AMP short, YTC and SSI2 with his info when he gets home. This means that we qualify for more surveys since he will qualify for different ones than I do. You cant change back and forth between his info and yours but you can change it once and designate which ones you want to take and which ones he will take and leave it like that. We clear cookies before he gets on the computer to take surveys and he does those three (2 if I get the AMP long since you can only take either the long or the short each day). Finally I will do the samplicious and global test market.

Also, what are you doing when you finish the survey? Are you leaving that survey page up until it credits? Leave the star page alone on SSi for example. Sometimes that will help.
I got an SSi 1 today-haven't tried 2 yet.

That's interesting; I might as well try your approach, since mine is not working. I was starting by clearing cookies, then trying just one of the SSI surveys (whichever one was green, or the SSI first, if they both were green). Then I'd wait (do my e-mail, etc.), then clear cookies again and do the other SSI, then try the other surveys. I've never hopped back and forth - I stick with one survey category until I either complete one, or get the "we don't have one for you" message. Then I check it off my list, and try to the next survey category that is green.
Do you think I should clear my cookies and make another try at the SSI surveys I've already done today? I doesn't appear that there's any record of my having already done them.

Yes, I get the star page and I click on the appropriate number of stars and then go to the next page, which says that my answers have been successfully submitted. But I have been doing the SSI surveys back to back, clearing the cookies in between, so I'll stop doing that. I just did another SSI about an hour ago (after clearing cookies) and I'm waiting to see if it credits. Thanks for the help. :)

I really hear you about the not being computer literate-I'm not either. And I was v-e-r-y hesitant about downloading a program called "Ccleaner". But it seemed that many here had done so wo a problem-so I tried it. Works beautifully. Very simple to do.
Look here in the forum in questions and answers-or here under technical and there should be a "how to".

just completed a DS on oral care products, a white page came up at the end with a text box and a box to type in telling me i needed to verify my answers and type the letters in the text box, so i did, and then i got a white page that said "terminated". UGH!!!! :computer: i'm sure it won't credit.

Watch out for a SH on a red and white background about insurance. It just gave me an error message on what appeared to be the last question and when I went back and refreshed, it closed the tab and didn't credit.

That organic food survey is easily in the top 5 of biggest rip-offs I've had since joining SR. I got the software error thing three times. Each time I backspaced and refreshed the page and the survey picked back up. Each page loaded really slowly, which meant I spent over an hour on this thing. The last question asked me to rate this new type of survey. I gave it a low rating. I then clicked the button to submit and got a white page that said said my profile did not fit what they were looking for.
I also got the opportunity to do the mouthwash survey again today, but twice is enough.
I'm pretty close to taking a survey vacation.

I did a Brain Juicer through Sampilicous or GTM and it credited no problem. The two problem ones were the mouthwash and the hardware store ones. I think they were both through DS but I might be wrong

DS question. I know its the end of the month and a Holiday weekend, but yesterday and again today I log into DS and it immediately goes to "sorry we have no surveys, please feel free try back tomorrow". So not even one opportunity for DS (or SM) for 2 straight days? I always get at least 1-2 shots at Greenfield even when I don't qualify for any. Both DS/SM had green lights this AM and yesterday morning for awhile so some people are able to get both.
Anyone else?

SCard-when u r told that there r no surveys available do u immediately try again or do u wait. the reason i ask is that when that happens to me and i try again i notice that i have to put in my demos again (it's like it is not keeping the cookie). i then get completely out of it, delete my cookies and reboot my computer and try again and that seems to work. Was doing an SSI2 about LED light ads that was supposed to be 10 minutes. Gave opinions on numerous ads. Asked to choose options to create an ad, and now its just stuck there. Clicking the arrow does nothing, refresh just gives me the option fill in the page again and then nothing. :mad:
Not a long survey, but frustrating when there are so few options right now.
Time to quit surveys and leave for work,

If I completely run out of chances, they'll give me that message. I've been able to get in after 7 pm EST. I'll be able to try again, but if I try too many times (and I don't know what their logic is here), I'm locked out again till 7 pm tomorrow.

Yay-I'm glad you got one SCard. Seeing the yellow light, I decided to give MV a try-but got the "no available surveys" message after completing many qualifiying questions.

The website which referred you did not pass a valid identifier. We recommend you return to the referrer site and try their link again. Please contact customer service at our referrer's website.
This was on the page that usually asks you to join the MV panel so I am not sure if it will credit or not...we'll see.

Got a Samplicious survey about kids movies on DVDs and Blueray. It was going well until there was a small video to watch and the survey just stalled. After you watch the video you click next and you get a message not to click next until the video completes playing. Then you gat an error message that there is a problem with your response and please try again. Irefreshed at least 8 times....watched the small video clip each time and got the error message each time.....just a heads up

Had the exact same problem with that survey this morning only I got it from SSI. I hit the problem maybe 5-6 minutes into the survey.

i finished a mv at around 11:09 and it credited for me about 3 minutes later. so sorry to hear that u r having problems with mv crediting and i can totally relate and empathize.

I think something may be wrong again with My View, I also completed one and it did not credit, yet I see a yellow light. Did anyone get my view credit today?

I received this screen after submitting a completed MV survey - I have never seen anything like this before and assume I will not get credit:
The website which referred you did not pass a valid identifier. We recommend you return to the referrer site and try their link again. Please contact customer service at our referrer's website.
ETA: I actually did get credit for the survey!

I just took a lengthy SH on teen auto insurance ads and it did the "We know your time is valuable" page but when it routed me back to SR, there was no credit. :confused:
Anyone else have problems with this? I have been off surveys for awhile b/c I have been crazy busy, hopefully it's not a problem with my computer :computer:

MV told me multiple times that it had a 5 min Health survey but when I clicked it sent me back to that same screen again and again. Never got into the survey.
SSI gave me a survey about a joining a community for a well known beer company. never went back to the SSI completion page and did not credit.

tried a mv earlier and after pages and pages of qualifying questions i got the page that said that they did not have any surveys available for me. will probably try again later. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

I took a MV about 20 minutes ago and it took about 5-10 minutes for the credit to show up.

Tried for a Greenfield DS and there is nothing to click on to take the survey? Anyone else having a problem?
EDA: Same thing with the SM survey? The connection has timed out The server at partners.pantheranetwork.com is taking too long to respond.
The link seems to be working ok now.

Completed MV about 45 minutes ago,it went back to the correct screen but has not credited. Survey was about car buying. :mad::mad:
cleared cookies and tried one more time. completed a survey on magazine covers and that one did credit.

Just completed a DS, BJ and at the end it said Terminated and did not return to the SR congrats page. I'm sure it won't credit.

I completed a Samplico it was a Neilson survey and it did not credit the 1st or 2nd hour. I see the light is red also now, it was yellow when I took it.

What is up with DS?? I finished one a little before noon and got the congratulations you have completed and it will credit to your account page but here it is 1 hour and a half later and no credit!
Update: It did finally credit, apparently just slow today!

I had an SSI and a DS that should have credited at 1:00 but didn't. :confused:
Edited: They both credited!

I checked my account and low and behold the Samplicio showed up tin the 3rd hour, maybe the site was doing some updates and the creditor was down for a while.Check your accounts and see if things credited.

just tried to do a standard amp and got the following error message in a big box:
Ooops! We're sorry, but you seem to have encountered an unrecoverable error.
been getting a lot of errors lately with amp as their main page doesn't load correctly or doesn't load at all. is this happening to anyone else or am i all alone here?:confused:

I haven't been able to get an AMP in days. It keeps saying I have already completed the amount allowed for the 24 hour period.....which is untrue as I have not gotten one yet in December.

I am having this same issue. Will not have gotten AMP for a few days or over 24 hours when I get this message. Or AMP will me try for a survey a few times with no luck and then it gives me the 24hour message.

just tried to do a long amp this afternoon and it sent me to a closed survey. so i hit the ok button and instead of routing back to amp it routed to the survey company that was hosting the survey. went in, deleted my cookies and tried again and now i am getting the page that says i have exceeded my limit for surveys for the day. oh well, u win some, u lose some. guess i can try again tomorrow as tomorrow is another day. good luck everyone in getting all of your surveys today.:sunshine:

Just completed SH about a beer website that involved installing an add on to my browser. Completed the survey, did not go to the proper SH page and did not credit. That is 2 SH I have completed today that did not credit. :computer:

I did one last night and then managed to get another today around 10:30 along with an AMP (YES) and an SSI the AMP and SSI have both credited by the Smplicious has not and I do still have the "thank you for completing a survey. You will be rewarded for your participation" page still up..... Fingers are crossed

Sorry it didn't credit. I think all of the surveys except the GF DS track by cookies, so you have to clear between doing one and trying the following day.

ugh, just completed a DS on a new vehicle safety system, and it went to a generic, black & white thank you page, NOT the SR congrats page. i'm too tired for this. i need surveys to credit when i take the time to complete them.

just an fyi. there is a vehicle safety system survey thru toluna (either a ds or sm) that when u complete it you will get a plain white generic thank u page. i got this 1 this morning as my sm survey but luckily i was able to get another sm survey, totally completed it, got the congrats page and it credited. just wanted to give everyone the heads up about this survey.

DH got the same DS last night with the same result. I know it's very frustrating but at least this one was on the short side.

just completed a LOOOOOONG DS about toothpaste, got the congrats page, and it didn't credit. finished it about 10:36pm CT. oh well, i'll check again in the morning.
ETA: the unGodly long toothpaste survey did NOT credit as of this morning, even though i got the SR congrats page at the end. BEWARE!

i completed a VERY long DS about chips about 1/2 hour ago, got the DS congrats page, and it did not credit. this is the 2nd night in a row this has happened. needless to say, i'm upset and frustrated. i spent over 45 minutes on that survey, and almost 45 minutes on the one last night.

this is just an fyi. there is an entertainment survey thru toluna (either a ds or sm) about watching and renting tv shows and when u finish the whole thing instead of getting the congrats after spending almost an hour on it you get a plain white generic thank u page. just thought i would give everyone the heads up about this survey.
