Ohhh! I just spent 30 minutes on a SSI survey that asked me to join a group and then when it was to go back to the congratulations page...I got an error message and no credit at the top of the hour.

I had this one happen to me also. Then on SSI I also (don't remember which was which night), I completed the entire survey (25 min?), clicked on the link to 'receive' credit & got taken back to a SR page that said sorry I didn't qualify. And of course no credit for either of those two. One of these really burned because it woud take 7 to 9 pages to move 1% in the survey!!! It was so tedious & then to not credit after completing is so disheartening. I know one of them was the cheese one.

I also had a Greenfield issue a few days ago where DD was 45 minutes into a survey (they wanted your teen). It was so long it even gave a prompt 1/2 way thru asking if you wanted to complete later - I knew we would lose the SR credit so I told her to keep going & just tough it out. Of course it gets into a wrap up mode & then all of a sudden the page freezes & never loads. She didn't even have the ability to hit a 'back' button on it to try to go to the previous page - it took her right back to the start page.

was about to start an amp this morning about weight loss products and programs and after i put in an answer and went to go to the next page all that came up was a plain, blank white page. tried refreshing the page and the same blank page kept coming up. went in, deleted all the cookies and tried to take another one and got the this is embarrassing page - guess it thinks i completed the survey. oh well, you win some, you lose some. maybe i will try again later and hopefully amp will let me try for another one. if not, that's okay too. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.

i just had the weirdest thing happen with my ds from gf. got all the way thru a survey about fast food restaurants and instead of getting the congrats page i got the white generic thank you page. so after getting that page i tried for another one and completed that one too and also got a white generic thank you page. i then decided to stop for a little while but when i looked at my history the first survey i completed actually credited (the only reason i know it was the first one is that i finished it at around 10 to the hour and finished the 2nd one at 20 after the next hour) so i went in and deleted the cookies. i think that is the first time i ever got credit for a ds after getting a white generic thank you page and was i ever happy about that.:party:

i got my first EVER samplicio.us survey! :banana: it did not route back to SR, but instead it puts up a page that says "Thank you for completing a survey.You will be rewarded for your participation.". does this mean i'm going to get credit? do they credit on the hour?

i have tried sh numerous times today and when i am about to go to survey a little box comes up saying that i don't qualify (i don't even get a chance to answer any questions). can't do amp until after 2 today but have managed to do pretty well today on surveys considering it is sunday. good luck getting your surveys and again congrats on getting a samplicio. aren't they just the coolest surveys ever. have a great day and keep on smiling.:sunshine:

i actually managed to get an amp this afternoon on beauty products, magazines i read and magazine websites i visit. it took less than 25 minutes to do and it credited on the hour. tried sh a couple more times today and either i don't qualify for the initial survey or don't qualify once i get into a survey. oh well, you win some, you lose some. guess i'll take what i have gotten today in surveys and just try again tomorrow. as they say, tomorrow is another day and hopefully i will have better luck with sh. have a wonderful rest of your sunday.:sunshine:

GF sent me in to the same survey this morning twice that had a page loading error and then 3 times into SSI (which I exited out of). I also got the white "thank you page" which was strange because I never got into a survey. Now there are no more surveys. Never had a chance to qualify for even one.

No SSI; never got into to one of theirs at all yesterday-got the flag page at least a dozen times or more.

There are a lot of us having trouble with MV, you aren't the only one. You do seem to be very lucky in getting your survey's....I don't even remember the last time I was able to get a six pack! :computer:

I completed a SSI this morning on a TV Show and commericals. Was a 45 minute survey and got an error message at the end. Good news is that it credited the next hour!

You should take the Daily survey first because it pays more, then go into the SM section and take the SM survey. you are not alone...I took a SM survey this morning too that didn't credit, cleared cookies and took another that didn't credit...don't know what the problem is, I took one yesterday with no problem. :(

So earlier today I did a MV on my daughter's laptop. It credited. I just got on her computer again so I could try some surveys while I make dinner. It was still on the my view page. The computer had been off, but still the my view page hadn't been x'ed off. Could that be why the AMP didn't credit? I had done the AMP on my regular computer.

I was just coming to post the same thing, I took a supermember surey earlier it didn't credit which i thought was odd. I cleared cookies and did another one and came back and no credit for that one either. Which is really odd i never have problems with them crediting.

Same thing happened to me with SM survey. I took first time and waited two hours and it did not credit. I took a second time and it still did not credit for some reason. So much for the SM survey today!

I didn't qualify for AMP so I didn't have any experience with this survey crediting. From what I have read it probably would not have credited.

As others have said, surveys have been difficult to come by the last 4-5 days and it's very frustrating to get one, complete it only to not get credit for it. :computer: Hope the problem gets fixed soon.

Marcy you aren't alone in your feelings. I was so mad last night because I had done two SM that said congratulations and no credit AND an AMP so I felt cheated. I guess there still is an issue with these surveys today. I guess I should try what is crediting and not waste my time on AMP and SM.

Speaking of AMP, if mine said it was done at 3pm yesterday, do I still have to wait today until 3pm, even though it didn't credit? Not sure I will even try, but would like to know the answer... thanks!

if it were me i would not wait until 3 today to try another amp i would try right now. but, with all the problems sm and amp surveys are having right now with not crediting, r u sure you really want to take the time to do a survey and not have it credit. that's what i would be thinking about. hth.:sunshine:

you can try earlier, but I think even if it didn't credit, the system will still know you completed one and you should get the "this is embarassing" page until 3pm. Sorry you both had trouble with your survey's!

I totally agree it is very hard to get surveys these days and when we take the time to do them and they dont credit, me personally I work 40 hours a week and have 2 small children so I only have a small window of time to do them at night once the kids are in bed, I would have had a 6 pack yesterday but AMP and SM didnt credit. This is my worst month since being a member. If some one can please let us know when the SM and AMP issue is fixed so I dont go and take them again and have them not credit. Thanks! And maybe a manual credit for those of us that didnt get AMP and SM credits?

It seems that there are still problems with the SM and maybe others, I did report the problem to Tricia last night but we haven't heard a word back yet and until I do, I'm not going to attempt anymore surveys until these problems are solved...surveys are a bit harder for me to get lately, so I want to save my options for when they are crediting with no problem. :rolleyes:

It looks like ALL hourly credits are broken right now, however not on our end. Credits should fix themselves soon. MV and SH should not be affected. I am so sorry for the trouble.

Apparently we have two different issues going on.

For MTC only, people have found a major way to cheat and we just had a bunch of credits from last month revoked. I have already notified the members that their accounts will be closed. MTC is changing their tracking to stop the cheaters. I am wondering if that impacted our tracking??

For greenfield, MTC, and SSI, the system that they all run on has been tracking credits but not sending them back to us every hour. It looks like a bunch just got caught up.

Surveys seem to know when I am on vacation. LOL

I can't believe anyone could cheat on the survey's!! The software is smarter than we are! hope that whatever they did didn't harm the chances the rest of us have from now on.

Hi everyone. I just spoke with Tricia and I wanted to update you ASAP.

TwoCents survey is having difficulties and they are working on the problem. This will most likely take a good 24 hours to correct. They will load up all credits in a batch and disburse when complete. You can all continue to take any of the other surveys and the other crediting issues should be resolved.

Please let me know if you have any other problems or questions. Thank you all so much for being so patient. SR has the BEST members!!!

For MTC only, people have found a major way to cheat and we just had a bunch of credits from last month revoked. I have already notified the members that their accounts will be closed. MTC is changing their tracking to stop the cheaters. I am wondering if that impacted our tracking??

For greenfield, MTC, and SSI, the system that they all run on has been tracking credits but not sending them back to us every hour. It looks like a bunch just got caught up.

Surveys seem to know when I am on vacation. LOL

UNREAL! :mad: with all the survey opportunities SR gives us each day, WHY in the world would anyone think they need to cheat? i swear, you give some people an inch, and they have to take a mile!

Survey update:

MTC should be crediting as usual right now. They are down a little bit from normal but not a whole lot.

The Give Us Your Two Cents credits are now being held a day because of fraud. We should see the credits caught up tomorrow morning. If they do not go back to hourly crediting within a few days, I will find somewhere else to run these through. I want them to credit on the hour, not once a day. If they can't figure out how to stop the fraud, I will find another company who CAN and will run the second GF survey through them. We'll give them a couple of days to figure it out. Otherwise, we will move them.

Sorry for the problems with these the last 24 hours. We WERE hit with some fraud at SR, so I know that they are working with a legitimate problem. I'm just angry that they didn't let us know about all of this before they stopped passing along the hourly credits!

i think the long amp is on a different network than the short one (the long one being panthera) and that is why it did not credit. it would not bother me so much but i spent almost an hour doing that particular survey this morning and amp got a completed survey and i got nothing. kinda makes me want to give up on surveys altogether as i am getting just a wee bit frustrated by it all. sorry for my rant and my venting but i needed to say something. the only problem with giving up on surveys is that i make the most of my money on surveys so without surveys what is the point of staying on sr (this is by no means a bad rap to sr) as i don't do a lot of shopping and i have completely given up on offers. if you want to delete this post that's okay with me and if i made anyone mad by what i have said i am truly sorry and i apologize for everything i have said this morning. you will not hear anything more from me about surveys and survey problems as i think i have said enough in the last 2 days to last me for the rest of my life. ttfn.:sunshine:

That's a lot to be missing. :( I think that pretty much everything that was old has come through now. I *think*. I would definitely check your cookies closely if you are still missing that many by the end of the night tonight. 1 or 2 every now and again is normal. But 3 in 2 days is definitely too many.

a little while ago i spent over an hour doing a sm survey on streaming videos, social networking site, electronics and at the end of the survey it asked if i wanted to take a short one as a follow up to this one. not wanting to get the you don't qualify page i agreed and spent another 30 minutes on a survey about different personalities and brands and what i thought of them. finished both surveys and when i went to submit it instead of getting the congrats page from my 2 cents i got a white generic thank you page. on the bright side i was able to get another sm survey on detergent, totally completed it, got the congrats page and it credited.:sunshine:

Did you get them before and it's all of a sudden not crediting, if that's the case I would check your settings to make sure they haven't been changed. Make sure you have checked to override automatic cookie handling and you accept first and third party cookies, also make sure you have checked to always allow session cookies. Maybe someone else can pop in and offer other suggestions. Sorry you are having problems.

Thank-you all for the great tips. I had never had a problem with SSI & SSI11 until about a month or so ago. Someone told me to delete browsing history to clean out cookies & it helped somewhat. Again, very discouraging to spend the time to take the surveys & then not be credited. I also just realized that I did not get credited for my Super Members 2cents from yesterday 4/10 for .60. Again, a little discouraged. 4/10, 4/9, & 4/7 (I did not take any surveys on 4/8, was not home) I never got credit for SSI for .60 each. Maybe I should take a break from this, I was really inspired since I became a Super Member this quater for the first time but I seem to be taking the surveys & not being credited more & more!

i completed a SSI survey about 50 minutes ago (about 1:22 pm CT), and it didn't credit on the hour :(

Me too! I did an AMP and ssi between 2pm and 3pm and both didn't credit yet. I have the thank you pages minimized still. Hopefully they will credit at 4, otherwise this feels like last week with its problems....

I can't speak for all surveys, but I did a DS 30 min. ago which credited on the hour. Sorry yours didn't. Perhaps it will credit on the 2nd hour for you? Good luck.

I did an SSI around 2:30PM. It was the only one with a green light. I finished in about 10 minutes. It did not credit after the first hour. I just logged in and it credited after the second hour!!!:sunshine:

Just finished a really long SH about movies that eventually went to questions about 1 movie maker in particular. I finished the whole thing was asked how I rated the survey between 1 and 6 and then asked why I gave it the grade I did. The final page came up and said
"We are currently upgrading our website and we’ll be back online at 07:20 AM PST. "Then it repeated that phrase in all different languages.

Most of us use Piri c cleaner; its a free program that you can download. I use it after the first SSI credits (as well as any other surveys I completed that hour credited) and then again after I am done with surveys for the day have credited. Once in awhile an SSI doesn't credit until the 2nd hour but other than that I have very little trouble wiht SSI crediting.

I also have screen shots of my settings in IE/FF and check them after every Windows update and browser updates. I found the recommended settings somewhere on the Forum.

I use Firefox most of the time and like it much better than Internet Explorer.

I have done it your way too but now I do it differently and it works for me. I use Firefox so it might be different?

Remember to make sure your settings are set to Accept Cookies and Accept Third party cookies. On Firefox the little checked boxes are on that same page when you get to Custom Settings for history tab. HTH

The one question I have for you is what browser are you using? Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome? I would definitely check your cookie settings, but each browser is different.

I am having the same problem! I have never had issues with SSI before but I have completed several in the last few days with no credit. I haven't changed any settings and I was getting credit before?????

It looks like they kicked you to a special Canadian router but we DID get credit for it. Let me kick this to SG to see why it didn't credit automatically. It might have to do with the way that they are separating the routers. We'll find a way to make it right, though!!

Just spent 2 hours trying to get a survey to credit and the first one went to a broken link at the end and the other one said this-

"Thank you for your participation. This survey transaction will be reviewed and verified within 4-6 weeks."

Not good considering my Greenfield DS never credited yesterday either.

Usually surveys are great for me but today is just not my day! :( I'll be back at it tomorrow to try, try again!

Just finished a SH surevy about buying a new car. Got the thank you page and was asked to rate how enjoyable the survey was, then it came back to SR but no credit! I am hoping it will credit soon, but I am doubtful.

I am wondering if something else is going on with surveys. I finished an SSI at 1:23, also a DS after that but no credit for those at the top of the hour. Hopefully they will all show up together.
Update: The SSI & DS credited SH nothing so I tried another and it was about conversations over the past 24 hours, and I answered all the questions and then after that it went into TV viewing and all kinds of crazy questions and then it went to a this page will not load! UGGGGHHHHHHH

Pretty much. Some take 2 hours to credit and some don't even take an hour. So just give everything 2 hours before you try another survey of the same kind. Oh and clear cookies between the 2 SSIs and the DS and Y2C surveys

The easiest way to clear cookies entirely is to download a program called CCleaner (totally safe) and run the cleaner whenever you need to clean them. There is a link in the tech issues section in a sticky post that will get you where you need to be.

Thanks for the responses. I had to reenter my demographics today, so maybe that is why I was getting so many. At least it doesn't seem like it's me that's causing them! I'll try again later tonight and hopefully I can work through all of them.

Kevin tripped and fell on Saturday while being his wonderfully funny self and ended up with a deep puncture from a stick off of the bush he fell on. It turned into a serious infection and he went to see the doctor today and the immediately sent him to surgery. The wound was very deep and the infection was bad. He came out of surgery about an hour and a half ago and he will remain in the hospital overnight and possibly for the next several days in order to receive IV antibiotics. Tricia is by his side and will be until her comes home. She wanted me to let you all know what was going on so you wouldn't worry why she wasn't in the forum. I will do all I can to help you all with anything you need. Please keep Kevin your prayers. The doctors said had he gone another day or two without treatment it would have been life threatening.

just tried to take a long amp about voting and political issues and at the beginning of the survey it asked my sex, age and if i was registered to vote. answered the 3 questions and a little box came up saying that i had missed a question. there were only 3 questions on the page so i don't know how i could have missed a question unless the rest of the questions did not load correctly. i refreshed the page and the same 3 questions came up again so i answered them again and got the same message that i had missed a question. refreshed the page again and a page came up saying that the survey had timed out as i took too long to answer. oh well, you win some, you lose some. guess i can try again later and hopefully i can get another one. if not, that's okay too. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

Here we go again! I have been following the "clearing out cookies" before taking the SSI and it seemed to be working. Today when I went to the surveys took the My View because it was a green light. Completed the survey and as of 8:17pm I still have not received credit for it. Not only that one, but I still have not received credit from Give Us Your 2 Cents for Super Members (I did a greenfield & got immediate credit and then took the 2 cents & completed and got nothing still), I then cleaned out cookies, took the SSI & filled out the "how do you rate this survey" and no credit. Someone please help me. I take all this time to do the surveys and then not get credited, very discouraging. I clear cookies, read all questions/directions and nothing!!!!!!!!!!! Suggestions please.

I don't clear cookies between surveys - I only clear between SSI and SSI(2). And I usually get credit for all my surveys (there are only a few occasions when I didn't get credit and I don't attribute that to not clearing cookies - I get credit 99% of the time). :sunshine:

i was doing a short SSI survey about hair appliances, and at the 34% mark, the next page was just blank. i hit reload, the previous page came back up, i answered it again and hit next and...blank. did this one more time with same result. now no more surveys. :(

Yes, that's correct, with one exception. If you complete your surveys and clear cookies to try for SSI 2, even if you are NOT successful, you will need to clear again before attempting an SSI 1 the following day. Otherwise, whichever one you click first is the one that will credit next.

Jennifer-that happens to me on some occasions when i have to re-enter my demos into ssi and i too got the flag page this morning a lot of times b4 i finally did get into one. i know it can be frustrating so just take a deep breath, walk away from your computer for a little while and then try again. i promise it will get better.:sunshine: good luck in getting all your surveys today and keep smiling.
