I am Coming in to Rock the Big Board with my 0.00 in Pending, but thats ok! I love to see the board before and after!

Interestingly, our pending credits for tomorrow are MUCH lower than any month since we started pending big offers. I think most people just aren't doing the bigger offers anymore.
