Best Buy Credits

I noticed one of my Best Buy orders credited but one did not (from an earlier date). Are they done being added? Should I file a trouble ticket or do I need more patience? :)

We had a whole bunch come through without subids for some reason. So if you bought it before the one that you got credit for, you'll need to file a TT so we can try to match up the confirmation number. I have no idea why they are messing this up so much!!!
