Overdue Credit Hold for 11-8-07

I have been watching a credit hold that never had the hold come off as it should have. :confused: I copied it and pasted it below. Any help would be most appreciated!Thanks!

Anna by the transaction number it looks like it just posted to your account today and you did the shopping or it shipped on the 5 and so your sm status gives you only a 3 day hold but it took longer then the 3 days to get put into the system so the date it should have come off hold the 8 has passed so when the script runs tonight it will come off hold and be credited to your account. HTH!

That is right Bryan. That is a credit that just went on hold today so that the hold date would have been the 8th and the hold will fall off when the scropt runs tonight. HTH!
