How long to receive Gift Cards?

I cashed out $30.00 in Border's Gift Cards on 7/27/10 and still have not received them yet. :confused: It has never taken this long to get a reward from SR. Do I fill out a trouble ticket, keep waiting or what. We are going on vacation in a couple of weeks and were hoping to use these on our trip.

The time frame listed on the cashout page is 4 to 6 weeks and you are still within that window so you should be ok. HTH
