Anyone else get that you are already a member? I actually do these and I have never signed up for this. A little bugged about this.

is that the surveys.com one that you are talking about? I just completed it without any real issues. You know it could have been featured in another freebie at one point where you were forced to click yes on an offer. Maybe try another email?
