I'm very excited to announce that we have just added Ticketmaster to our shopping links. We have had MANY requests for them over the last two years. We are currently paying .25 per ticket and will see how things work out with them to see if we can go higher in the future.

I ordered Martina McBride tickets just about 2 weeks ago. I hate having to put a trouble ticket in because to me it seems like I'm creating extra work!

I searched everything I could think of & couldn't find *quite* the right place to put this question, so I hope that this is good enough. I ordered 3 tickets through the SR link to Ticketmaster about a week ago. The credits appeared in my account today... except it was way more than I expected it to be! I thought I'd get 75c, but the credit was $4.50!

Is there such a thing as a "reverse trouble ticket"? What should I do to make sure that Tricia doesn't think that I'm a cheater?

Ya know, I thought that looked funny when I pulled the numbers. They looked like duplicates to me, but I went ahead and processed them. I'm guessing now that they made a mistake and will correct it at month's end.

FWIW, I just made my first order with Ticketmaster 9/15, and credit showed up today.
