Shopping Credits Question from newbie

I understand that it takes 14 days for shopping credits to post to my account as credited. How long after I shop should it take for the transaction to post as pending? When I look under account history, there is no record of my shopping transactions.

It can vary depending on the merchant but if you don't see it in 10 days file a trouble ticket.

Actually, it goes pending for 28 days. The 14 days is how long it may take before it shows up as pending. Some merchants report the credits faster than others. You should be able to see it once it does go pending under Member Zone and Account history. It should show up as something like this:
