well it seems like this thread was missed last quarter and there are some regulars who didn't quite make it for Q4. So we need to get them and everyone else to SM status in Q1.

This will be the official thread to update your progress and to help cheer people on. Please keep it positive :)

Anyone have a game plan that they are anxious to start on October 1??

my game plan is to figure out a way to stop all my pending shopping from crediting between now and the end of the month, and have it all magically show up on 10/1. :angel:

When that doesn't work ;) I'm really going to get back to work on doing all the surveys every day! If I'm going to earn $250 between now and the end of Nov i've reallly got to buckle down!

And I need to get started on my xmas shopping. I should make a list now of who gets what and double check my coupon notification list thing, to make sure I don't miss any good deals!

The 4th quarter is usually my best quarter. I am going for Super Member Plus.
Now I just have to have the survey's cooperate. I plan to do shopping and get some gift cards through Sunshine Rewards.

Actually, as long as you're an SM, you're good to start shopping today for next quarter. 9/21+10=10/1.

I was kind of annoyed with myself for not being a little more diligent this quarter. I just made SM last week. I saw someone post that their goal was $2/day, so I think that sounds good. That's about 3 surveys and I can usually get 2-3 a day if I sit down and try.

I usually give it an extra day for cushion. Then I dont' have to sweat it. I think it was first quarter where I forgot to add the extra day and that month had 31 days so I had something credit earlier than expected. Ruined my jump start for the next quarter LOL

I've never been SM, so it's kind of my dream. My goal is to do as much in October and November as I can because I remember last year surveys became slim pickings the closer we got to the end of the year. Of course...last year we didn't have so many survey opportunities, so it may work out okay!

I think to help keep me motivated, I need to put some pictures up behind my monitor to remind me of the vacations I'm saving for :D

Just don't shop at REI if you want it for next quarter! Made an order for store pickup a few days ago, it didn't pend at all, just went right into my account. Excellent for the overall balance, but doesn't help the jumpstart. :)

I am at $14.07 so far for the quarter.

I have 3 DS that should credit tomorrow for $2.40.

I made a Kohl's purchase on Friday night, and made an Expedia purchase that should pend this week sometime. I hope to make $300 this quarter. I missed SMP last quarter by ~$10. If I hadn't been out of town the 3rd week of Sept, maybe I would have made it with surveys. Oh well!

I haven't been an SM for quite a while. Hoping to this quarter... Surveys are gonna have to help with that. So...we will see!!!! Definitley Christmas shopping will help, and ordering Christmas cards through one of the photo places. I usually wait til one of them have an increase in percentages, then upload my photo and order my cards.

Please please please let myjewelrybox's TT credit...seems a no brainer for them...after all, I had sunshine's discount code on my order, could not be any more obvious I ordered through sunshine! :p If that credits (and even more if the one weird hotels thing gets positively resolved), I'll be way ahead of the game. :sunshine:

I just really doubt I'll make it this quarter (absolute tragedy) unless hubby starts traveling more, but I'm going to try anyway!

13.49 is my current total, with 2 DSs waiting in the wings, and one ebay purchase made today. (and still holding out hope for the TT where I used a sunshine code for a discount so logic should tell them to gimme my credit! but hope is slowly fading)

The contest made me work more than I normally would have on a weekend, so I'm happy :)

But as an update, with 75 days left I need to average $1.18/day.

I haven't been hitting my goal for each day, but I know this is attainable if I can just get two surveys a day! Lately I've only been able to get one a day. Hopefully a fresh week will help me out!

I'm just not getting the surveys like I normally do, so my average need has pushed up to $1.19/day.

I'm used to getting a DS and SSI everyday I try, but I have had a bad SSI streak this past week. Tried for my DS earlier today but didn't get one, so I'll try again after lunch.

Because of our vacation, I only have 56 days to hit the mark. As of right now (not including tomorrow's credit of today's DS), that means 1.47 each day. Getting an SSI each day (along with DS and SM) will lower that slowly! And if I found time for SSI2, well, that would be awesome!

Duuuude. Got SSI and SSI2, which means that (still using 56 days just b/c it's still the same day) I'm down to 1.45 per day.

I don't think my coupons.com printing has been pending lately. I stopped taking notes of when I printed, but I feel like I should have one, if not two "purchases" pending. It's not much, but every little bit helps, I guess :)

I wish I could try for some surveys now but I'm too busy with work to risk being in a survey if someone needs me.

I had to make a big purchase for my company, it would be great if it could come in at the end of the month and I would pop in for the top 8. I'm just praying I get the pending credit with Sunshine. I have a feeling it is going to show up in November, because the prediction shipment date should be Nov. 2nd. I am sitll working on getting to $250 for the quarter. I'm on track making $2.66 a day.

SSI isn't being good to me today, but I got a freebie offer, 1.27 is now pending, and I got the DS and SM.

Good news is that I have a few little pends, and MORE importantly, hubby has a trip coming up and I've booked his hotel through hotels.com. Crossing fingers nothing goes wonky with that credit!

Got SSI2...now it's back to 1.45 per day again.

Quick question - what are these pending amounts members are talking about? How do you know if you have anything pending? I did make purchase today but I don't see it anywhere, I was just going to wait and see if if shows up tomorrow.

Shopping Credits go into pending for a set amount of time. This is to prevent fraud. It may take up to a week for credits to show up. So don't fret.

I had a good survey day yesterday, and had my Vista Print offer credit, plus my contacts order went into pending (I'm counting my pending credits already since they will happen in the quarter)...so I'm down to $.75 a day! Woohoo!

That's great! I just checked and one of my recent Vista Print orders is in pending, and although it's not much, it's still a relief to see it came through alright.

I'm down to $.82/day. That feels so good, and if I can keep up 2 surveys a day I'll be in fantastic shape for the quarter!

At this point I think that going with the $ amount in total, vs per day, will work better for me. I have only 15.20 left. Which seems immensely doable even in the time before we leave for vacation!

As long as my DS credits from yesterday, I'll be at $.57/day, which is ~26 dollars. One of my referrals just credited, which helps, but I have four referrals who haven't earned anything, and I don't know who they are to help them!

Then I got a SM, and once it credited, I'm at .382/day. Let's see if I can get an SSI. ;)

Bummed b/c hubby's work trip couldn't be done through hotels. :( Had to book a certain hotel this time, and (shh) we're going with him, and we couldn't get the right deal through hotels.

AND he forgot to click through SR to book the car, and the smokin' deal he got was gone gone gone when we went to check later (talking about a $500 difference for a FOUR day rental here).

Plus, if only National rental car was on Sunshine, our vacation car could be on SR too, but nope.

So slogging along with surveys R Us! :) :p

I only need to earn 10 dollars to hit SM! I never thought I'd manage this, let alone with so much time left to spare in the quarter. I didn't even really start hitting surveys until half way through October, so this proves what you can accomplish if you really put yourself into it!

Since shopping pends for 28 days before it credits, if you want shopping credits to count for this quarter make sure you get all your orders in during the next week or so.

I joined in July but didn't start getting into taking surveys until my children went back to school in September. It has been a new experience and a lot of fun for this stay-at-home mom!!!

20 dollars short of SMP in less than a quarter is still pretty darn good! If you keep pace like that next quarter you'll make SMP no problem!
