I'm not usually an Oprah watcher, but I am hearing EVERYWHERE about her big show today about her favorite things. Is anyone watching? Any items that she is featuring that you are thinking about buying?

I actually just purchased through SR the Land's End bag that was one of her favorite things last year. Hey, I can afford the small stuff.:rotfl:

I would LOVE to have that Fridge!!! But on MY salary it will be out of style before I could ever save that much!!

I just wish I had known she was going to Macon. I am only 2 hours away and would have loved to have scored some tickets even if it had not been her Favorite Things show!!

I felt so proud, when she showed the DVD Planet Earth. I just ordered at copy Monday, with your savings coupon from DeepDiscount. I got my copy with free shipping for $47, Oprah said they retail for $59. My dd saw me order it and she wants to give it to her brother for Christmas. My oldest son is my youngest dd's Godfather. When she was born, I had no one to be her Godfather's, so our Priest told me my oldest son could be Godfather.:rotfl:

Did you see those cupcakes for $85. That was ridiculous.

Eighty-five dollar cupcakes?!? Wow. The mind boggles.

I usually love the Favorite Things show. In the spring O magazine usually offers a Favorite Things mini gift bag. I got one this year and it was awesome! Instead of just sample sizes, it had full size products in it.

I'm going to watch this afternoon and see if there's any ideas for gifts for family this year.
