How many pages do you do?

I've always wondered about this:

When the signup says "enter email" or "email only", does that mean that's ALL you have to do?

Or do you have to do all the pages....or just your name and address??

Does anyone have experience with this?

I do all of them to ensure I get credit. I've never tried to enter just my email or zip.

I go all the way to the end too. I have 'tested' a few free offers by just doing the first page or two and I never got credit. :)
