Are we allowed to sign up for other surveys that are offered through fast crediting? By taking those surveys will I exceed my limit for a survey on that day from SR? I hope you understand my question, if not I will try to better explain.

I think you are getting offers and surveys confused. Surveys = daily survey link which is one per day. Offers are anything under the all offers section (including fast crediting) and you can do as many of those in a day as you'd like. I would strongly suggest only doing 5 per day though as doing more than that can cause crediting issues.
