Dick's Sporting Goods 20% off not working.

I want to make a purchase of Brewer Apparell at Dick's Sporting Goods, and it won't give me the 20% off for today. It keeps giving me the 15%. I know it is only 5 more %, but it is suppose to be 20% for today. 11-22-07

I'm not even getting 20% off. I'm seeing random free shippings. It doesn't make any sense at all. I'll see what I can figure out.
