According to that post there are no timelines for doing the surveys.
Is anyone else stuck in a 24 hour cycle? I know some were awhile back but I'm still there and it can make getting those surveys more difficult.
Any ideas - yes, I've cleared everything several times.

I would change the email you are using for surveys after clearing cookies when you are stuck in the 24 hour loop.
