trouble ticket question

I was going to put in a TT for 123 inkjets. I had made a purchase there but when I open a TT this company does not show up. Actually the list that shows up does not show alot of places we can shop. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the only shops that will shop up on a request credit TT are ones SR has a record of you clicking thru the link for at some point. I know I only see a handful of merchants when I need to open a TT, rather than several hundred. I'm not sure what it could be, but are you sure you clicked thru SR?

Has it been at least ten days since your purchase? I think that's right that it only shows merchants that you have clicked through the SR link, but I think it also has to be ten days since your purchase.

Not sure what else it could be, though!
