When I look at shopping sites, Best Buy and Target specifically, I can't see if gift cards count in the % back. Where would I see this or would it be listed if gift cards count? TIA!

If you go to the shopping by category link on the site under shopping it shows a category for "Gift certificates" these would be the ones that definitely give rewards for them.
