Okay....I hate asking this question because I sound impatient. I don't mean to....but....

I made an order on Nov 14 that has not shown up yet...even as pending. I received it in the mail on Nov 15. Should I file a TT or wait another week or so?

Dang. We didn't get credit for this. I'm hesitant to send them any more business until we can find out if they are going to give us this credit.

Well... win some and lose some. I thought they were pricey, but when I got them in, those hats are NICE! I just thought with the extra SR $$$ it would be worth my while. I am not unhappy at all with the merchandise. But I will probably not order with them again unless there are incentives. My boys will love those hats though!
