This past weekend when we ordered from the magazine site. We were getting 30% back? I do not want to file a Trouble Ticket in case I am wrong

If your credit is pending and it is not the correct amount i think you can try to create a TT. The problem is I don't know if the system will allow you to file one before the 7 days is up. I would wait a little while until Tricia sees this. She may be able to just go in and fix it without the ticket. If she doesn't then file the TT at 7 days.

I have one....My second order is showing as pending (fantastic) but my first order (two days prior) hasn't shown up, should I be concerned?

And....if and when it does show up, will it be held pending from the day it is posted or the day that I did the order?

Pendings are always removed based on the date of purchase not the date that it was posted as pending.

I actually did some research and see that you clicked on magazines.com early in the day on the 24th; however, I also see that you came back a bit later and clicked on magazinesquick.com. The credit to your account is for a purchase from magazinesquick.com. Given that these two merchants are on completely different networks, with different reporting systems, there is not a possibilty that you ordered from one and accidentally got credit from the other.

Unfortunately, the 30% reward special was for magazines.com. Do you have any additional information that would indicate that you did in fact use magazines.com? Do you still have your confirmation email? I'd be happy to look into it further for you but will need more support for the purchase in question.

Thank You so much I did order from the wrong magazie company. Somedays I do not know where my head is. At least I got credit and I am happy about that
