When I get to the final screen, I don't see the 15% off reflected or the free shipping for an order over $75 - it just shows the regular price with shipping charges.

Note for Tricia: I just did a test order, it isn't showing for me either. I went all the way to where you had to put in CC info. I did click on the link for the offer (discount text link), not the regular banner.

I actually put my cc info in as it said you'd be able to check the order on the next screen before finalizing it. The order was still full price and charged the entire shipping amt.
