hi. I tried to cash out, but it says i do not have enough credits to cash out. yet i have $31 which is way over the $20 minimum. I don't understand how to cash out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

are you cashing out for $31 or $31 and some change? Are you cashing out via paypal or gift card?

You may have some of your credits that were specified as "No paypal cashout". If so then you wouldn't be able to use those to cashout for paypal. Try cashing out for 30.00 even and if that doesn't work then go back and check your account history against the offers you did and see if some were labled that way.
