Illuminations Discount Not Working?

I have tried a couple times this week to place an order. After putting my cc info in, the final screen doesn't show the discount and doesn't remove the shipping. So I haven't placed the order yet - thought I'd check here first. Thanks.

I pulled down the old link and put in a new one. Try to click on it again. When I click on this one, I see the coupon right there on the page. I didn't with the other one Cindy put up.
