It has been a tough day to qualify for a survey. I went round and round with the "no more surveys available" and "sorry, you don't qualify" messages earlier today. I went through over 20 rounds and giving it one last shot before I quit, and that is the survey that I was finally able to complete. Really you just need to keep trying. Here are some of the things that help:

-Change your e-mail address...there was a time where I was having a real difficult time getting surveys. I just kept getting the "no surveys available at this time" message, for days. But, I found that just by changing my e-mail, it kinda reset everything and I was finally able to get surveys again.

-If there are other people in your household, definitely enlist their help. It is always easier for my DH to qualify for a survey than it is for me. So, when I find that I can't qualify, I just get DH to do them. He probably gets 70% of the surveys.

-Play around with qualifiers a little bit. Like dawgsgirl said, check the "none of above" box, or just check one box, not all of the ones you qualify for. Sometimes that makes a difference.

-I try to take my survey first thing in the morning. That way, if I have difficulty qualifying, I still have the rest of the day come back and try later.

-The Greenfield people don't work on the weekends, and I think they only load a limited number of surveys for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. That is why it is extremely difficult to qualify for surveys on Sundays. By that time, most of the available surveys have already been taken.

I hope this helps. I know it can be frustrating at times. But, just know that we are all in the same boat. Good luck!

On weekends, I found out you can leave the survey for a few minutes and come back to it. I thought there were time limits on them. Sure does help, when I need to change the laundry loads around.

Some surveys have timers on them and some do not. There is really no telling when you are doing them if they are timing you on your completion time or not.

My, my, my, my my, I just had the survey from hell on cellphones! It was at least 1hr and 30 mins. I wanted to scream. I threatened to throw my laptop out of the window and one of my girls said, "oh no, mommy don't do that to your computer because it will be sad if you mistreat it." LOL. All I know is that I was being mistreated by that extremely long survey.

So that's the trick to that one. My parents and brother were visiting one weekend and I couldn't get a survey to save my life. We all tried and I couldn't imagine what combination of restuarants they were looking for because between me, DH, parents and brother we had just about everything there was.:rotfl: Darn me and my one trip to McDonald's that month.

I got the same thing. I did this long one about November purchases, get to the end and it says I don't qualify. I finally got one about how I spend my leisure time.

I tried with DH's info and all I can get is the same survey (despite different ages by 10 years, different college degrees, etc). I'm pretty annoyed. I don't think I've ever seen NO choices at all.

I'm going to give it a rest for now and hope they reload some later today.

Filled out brands and everything -- took about 15-20 minutest to do.. get to age and sex question and it takes me back to No surveys for me!!!:computer: :computer: :computer: :computer:

The same thing happened to me. As soon as the I got the page, I exited out without putting an e-mail address in as I am already a member of Gongos. I didn't want to be fraudulent and try to sign up for a place I'm already a member of. I didn't clear cookies. I just had my DH take a survey. He got one on electronics shopping (right up his alley!) I figure I will not get credit for the Consumer Village survey as I exited out right away. If they didn't take your e-mail addy, you probably won't get credit, either.

However, I'm not an authority on any of this. This is just my best guess.

Me too. I was surprised when I got the "Congradulations Page". Maybe they think it will take you longer to type in the names of the hotels you know.

I think they must not have all credited for yesterday because I did not get mine either.But surveys have been screwy for me this month. I have been having a time getting them and then remebering if I did one. So now I do not scratch off until I have done the daily survey.

somehow I got 2. I started one and it was so long I started thinking I had clicked the wrong button. I literally had to watch an entire episode of a comedy program, then the same commercial that was in the program about 5-6 times, and then answer a TON of questions about the commercial. It was at least 45 minutes of my time. Half way thru this one, I clicked the survey link again and it took me to a utility one, so I did that. Then, this morning, I realized the other survey was still up on my computer, so I finished it just for the heck of it. I doubt I will get credit for both, but it would be nice if I did.

I SO SO SO hope that they would add Hawaii and Alaska to the Cruise Lines. But they need to do them some time apart since I would have to do both. And I am sure they would do Alaska first since they want to shut that down to cruise ships because of what it is doing to the environment.
