I have had issues lately with the site crediting my account. For some reason, I log into SR, then find the merchant I am interested in and do my shopping only to find out that somehow I was logged out when going back to SR. This has been happening to me a lot lately and it has been an issue filling out all the trouble tickets.

But the reason I am writing today is to thank Tricia from the bottom of my heart. She quickly was able to track down my orders and take care of every trouble ticket I submitted. Best of all she did them all quickly, like in a matter of days. I know she has better things to do with her time, but it is nice to know that she cares for each and every member here and is willing to put in the time and help us no matter what our questions are.

Thanks again Tricia for all you do to keep this site working smoothly for all of us.

You are welcome! You have no idea how relieved I always am when we get the credit for a trouble ticket. LOL
