Question about DisneyStore.com 20% Friends and Family

I clicked on Sunshine Rewards' link to the 20% off Friends & Family Discount good Nov. 11-15 at DisneyStore.com. It says it's good "site wide," but when I put a snowglobe in my cart, the discount doesn't apply to that item.

Anyone know what's up? :confused:

If you check the fine print on the website, it says "Restrictions Apply." :) As far as I can see, it excludes art and collectibles (hence the snowglobe), pins, publications and memberships, media and electronics, tickets, personalization, gift wrap and items not in stock. It doesn't appear to exclude Theme Park merchandise, which is unusual since most of their codes exclude the Parks Authentic merchandise.

Welcome to the Disney Store! I sent them an email complaining that the $10 courtesy gift card they sent me would not apply to my purchases and they said, "read the fine print" and then sent me another gift card I could not use! If it were any other company but Disney I doubt I would ever buy anything from them again.

ACK!!! I spent an hour putting together an order and then it errored out when I placed it. I even had customized items!!
