? about firefox

More and more lately the menu on the left of the SR page isn't loading when I use IE. I can get to most stuff by going to the Member section but I can't get the daily stuff or the SM lounge. Is there a problem with me doing those things using firefox instead of IE?

I use Firefox all the time - I have a Mac computer and IE doesn't run so well on Mac's. I'm actually getting more stuff crediting on Firefox than I was on Safari. There are some surveys that say you have to use IE but I just skip that one and get another survey.

Firefox doesn't always work with offers which is why IE is the recommened browser because of all the built-in features with that browser.

Is this an everytime you log in issue or every now and then issue?

It used to be every once in a while but it's been almost all day yesterday and it's that way this morning as well.
I can get to the offers, shopping, emails and paid clicks by going using the member tab at the top of the page. I can't get the scratch off, daily surveys or anything in the SM lounge because there are no tabs for them. Do you think it is a problem to do those things in Firefox?

I think you'd be ok with the scratchoff & daily surveys - I think Hedy actually has to do them that way. I'd just stick with doing the offers in IE and hope that the loading issue works its way out. I'm not sure how the SM surveys will work though since its a cookie thing. I don't think it would hurt anything to try some stuff out today.
