i did this on the first and it didnt credit got the confirmation email on the 5th it said Thank you for ordering Disney Wonderful World of Reading while visiting our partner site, ValueClick. i dont know what value click is and i dont know if i ordered it wrong i used the link from sr

I would wait 14 days and if you don't see it in your account history on the date that you ordered it then I would file a TT.

I never recieved my credit either and I know I ordered through SR. I do not how to file a trouble ticket? I did this offer on 11/08 and just was going through my account and noticed I never got credit, is it too late to file trouble ticket and how do I do that?

I believe you are over the time limit for filing a TT but you can try to file a TT if you want. You have to do it through the Trouble Ticket link which can be found at the bottom of the news and links page. I think any TT that is older than 90 days will be closed out automatically because the chance of getting credit is slim to none. I know you haven't hit 90 days yet but you are getting close so even if its accepted it might be hard to get credit.
