Tried to open a TT

for a sale credit that hasn't posted yet and it's been quite a while. But the company is not on the list of merchants in the TT drop down box?

Should I open it a different way?

When you say quite a while do you mean more than 30 days? I think there is a time limit on how late you can open a TT. I would just open a general inquiry one and Angie can guide you.

Are you positive that you clicked on our link when you made the purchase? Merchants only show up if you click our link as well.

Yes, I'm pretty anal about it, I usually close everything else out while I'm making a purchase through SR. Other merchants that I haven't ordered from are showing up in the drop down box, just not the rental one I need.

It's been almost 3 wks since the service was considered rendered and I figured I would wait until Sunday's manual upload's before I opened it.
