Surveys Down

I have been trying to do a survey for the past half hour and keep getting an error message that the survey is closed after filling in my info.

Now I get this message from Greenfield.

I hope the technical difficulties don't erase the surveys already done today. I think I'll check back later and make sure I'm still getting the exceeded page.

Maybe THAT's why I didn't get the exceeded limit page this morning when I went back to double check. I had to do another to make sure I'd get credit.

Well I either will get credit for no surveys or 3 surveys. Will just have to wait and see. I think I did one right before leaving for work today, but wasn't sure it it completed so I checked this evening for an exceeded message, no message but it let me complete a survey. Went to check for the exceeded and it let me take another one. So now I finally got an exceeded message. Since I want to get at least the $5 bonus I want to make sure I get one everyday from now on since I only have 7 so far for this month, 8 if I get credit for at least one of todays.

I haven't received the exceeded limit in a few days! I'm gonna just have to trust that the ONE I've completed tonight will be credited!

I tried several times yesterday after I took one and kept getting the exceeded message - now today - I haven't gotten credit for yesterday. I'm hoping they just haven't ran yet.

Surveys posted a few minutes ago. They came in on the 12:30 script.

I don't know what is up with the surveys today but I took three today that when it appeared that all was done (showing 100%, spent over 15 minutes each on two of them), was asking demographic info, etc. and it kicked me to the "sorry, you do not qualify" screen. UGGGHHH! This was for the picture software/online one, the Nielson one about feelings on healthcare/prescriptions and restaurant for healthy fare menu.

It could be that those have the built in timers to see if you are taking a reasonable amount of time to complete them or they have screening questions that you might have missed. I have not taken them so I can't tell you for sure but those are some of the things Greenfield has reported to the sites when people complete the survey but then don't qualify.

I got one credit for my two surveys, but got two on Saturday so I'm happy. I guess that one from early in the day didn't work due to the technical difficulties.
