New Offer - Your Opinion Counts

Is this a new kind of daily survey? It asked for just a little bit of information -- even email was optional -- then I was routed to the dreade OTX site. I tried twice to qualify, then closed out. Anyone know how this one is going to work?

Not sure how its going to work (ie once or weekly or daily) but I think its one of those survey sites where you do a survey except they are going to be OTX surveys. they normally are not that bad I think we just got a bad crop mixed in with greenfield that one time.

Ok just tried the offer and it seems like you fill out page 1 and then take a survey and at the end you will get a congrats screen for completing the survey which I think determines if you get paid or not (ie didn't qualify vs. complete a survey)

Not sure I like this one. I spent about 10 minutes going thru the questions, looking at the sample advertising, answering questions about what I saw, so on and so on...then suddenly it tells me I didn't qualify. :confused: Not real happy with OTX:(

So we have to qualify for the survey to get credit? And when I didn't it game me the option to try another....if I did that would I get the credit?

This is brand new for us, so we're feeling it out. If it does work, it would be a new survey that everyone could take every day. I haven't seen any credits come through yet, though. I'll email them to see how often they update.

it comes up I put my info on the first page and it routes to the second page and then nothing comes up ... hmmmm I will keep trying

Perhaps you're right. Thank you for posting. Now I don't feel like I'm alone in this. I hope they load some new ones soon! It was great being able to take the regular daily survey, the SM survey, then the OTX survey.

This is always what I get from them after I don't qualify on the first try. I have yet to get a survey from this offer.

I used yesterday's link this morning, and amazingly enough, I got right in an finished a survey. Now, whether it will credit is another thing entirely. We'll see..........

Just an update. I did yesterday's survey today, got right in, AND received credit. I don't know what yesterday's message was all about. I haven't figured OTX out, and I guess I never will!:rotfl:

I must have gotten lucky then b/c I qualified for a super easy one on movies today. Took maybe 10 minutes, tops. It credited on the hour too. :cooldance:

My 24 hour cycle was getting later and later. Last night just before midnight I looked at my notes, after being denied surveys outright, and realized I had finished the survey from the day before at 12:28am. I decided it was ridiculous, and went to bed. So now I hope my cycle is re-set (though I did lose a day in there, and it was one of the .80 days, bummer) to a more normal time of day! :sunshine2:

I notice a lot of you are having trouble qualifying for these - are any of you having trouble getting credit? I complete one almost every day (get the thanks screen) but have only got credit a couple of times! About to stop wasting my time unless someone has some trick? I hardly ever clear cookies - if this is it, will someone tell me when I should? Before taking the next one, or after completing one or after getting credit or what? THANKS for your help!

I've started clearing cookies in the morning, or sometimes at night right before I close the computer. Clear cookies, cache, and history.

Then I generally do the daily survey (though today I went right to the OTX), and once that is done I try for the super member survey (of course that's not available to everyone), and then I have, until today, done the OTX/your opinion counts survey. I don't clear cookies in between any of those.

And, except for one time (before I started clearing every bedtime or morning), I've gotten credit for all of the OTX/y.o.c. surveys.

Thanks for the reply! I know how to clear the browsing history and temporary internet and temporary windows files. Will that get all the cookies? Sorry I am computer illiterate. Thanks again.

I'm using firefox/mozilla on a Macintosh, so I probably do things differently than you. If you let us know what you're using (computer and browser) I'm sure someone will be able to tell you exactly what to do, rather than just my guideline. :) (since I got my Mac in May, it's amazing how quickly I've forgotten what to do with PCs and Windows!)

I'm on Vista, using IE. My Norton 360 program has a one-click button that deletes all my history and temporary (internet and windows) files. That's all I know how to do. Hopefully that will get the cookies. If anyone knows different, please let me know. Again, many thanks.

I am having major issues with OTX and am just about ready to give up. I've been thru this thread and do not see anyone having the same problems.

First i have problems qualifying, but so have others, so no big deal. When i do qualify i get all the way thru the survey and when i get to those last few questions for "classification purposes" i get one of two messages:

Now, the past 3 months i have been in the top 3 on the Sunshine Big Board, so i know i do not have a problem with having cookies enabled.

But what gets me is that after I get these messages i am not allowed to take another. i have gotten the following messages:

WOW!...I've never tried these before yesterday & I shouldn't have tried...I can't qualify for any! Had the same thing today too! Oh well...
