purchased something and didn't get credit

First purchase for me so not sure if I did it correctly or it just hasn't posted on my account yet. I ordered something through Buy.com but went through the Sunshine Reward site to get it. I was supposed to get 2% back but I don't see it posted anywhere on my account. I have already received my order so not sure when to expect it to post on my account. Any ideas?

For those they don't track by id for some reason. You have to open a TT and Tricia can find your credit. Try using the search feature and searching by buy.com or google checkout to see what information Tricia needs to process your TT.
