Tricia!! Thank you for posting this!! I saw this one night on TV & I said...ooh I should totally get that...but it's not on SR, forget it. But NOW it's on SR!! :cooldance: I'm totally going to get it!!
Who knew someone could get so excited about scrapping off dead skin off their feet? :rotfl:

I haven't gone into the site yet, I'll try to tonight. It says they're $10 plus shipping & handling (for 2). I did the Lint B Gone offer this summer & I think I paid over $20 for shipping...but again for 2, plus I justified it w/getting credit at SR!! :D

ooh what is this thing you speak of??
Magical JenK

ooh what is this thing you speak of??
It's the most amazing thing! It's gentle enough NOT to pop a balloon, yet it scraps all the dead skin off your feet! Also, it CAPTURES all your dead skin in this handy compartment, so you can SEE the results!! (Ok, maybe that's gross, but I like to see my hard work is paying off!)
PLUS, they give you a bottle of my very favorite foot cream!!
Honestly! I'm just so excited for this thing! Cuz, well...I got some bad feet this winter!!
Go check it out! It's under the Offers section!!
Magical JenK
12-17-2007, 06:38 PM
Ok, just did the offer! Gosh, I'm a sucker for these things, but I honestly did want to try it.
Here's teh breakdown:
1 Ped Egg is $10.00
S&H for 1 is $6.99
2nd Ped Egg is $0.00
Foot Cream is $0.00
S&H for 2nd Ped Egg & Foot Cream is $6.99
My total is $23.98, plus a $4.00 credit at SR!!
:0)
Only bummer is that it takes 3-6 weeks standard shipping...my feet are REALLY going to be in bad shape by then!! (For priority shipping it was $9.99)

I have to say, I was totally excited about this one also. I know you aren't supposed to do it, but I love when you go and get a pedicure and they use the razor. I don't do it anymore because my husband scared me to death about it. I know it is probably not the cleanest thing, but it works so well. If this thing works half as good I will be thrilled!

It looks like it took people 3 days to get credit after order. The other thing is since you ordered on a holiday weekend you probably won't see credit until next week some time because places will be closed over the weekend and through christmas.

Okay, I gave in and ordered it on 12/24. I'm reassured that some people got credit as it has sat in my pending file for 3 days. However, with the holidays and all...........I guess I need to be more patient.
I swear I am having NO luck with things crediting anymore. I ordered this Ped Egg based on everyone's comments about the product and how quickly it was showing as a pending. I ordered this on Dec. 20 and STILL have no pending showing.  My trouble tickets are depressing!

I'm certainly not an authority on when to file a trouble ticket, but I'd give everything at least through the weekend. With the holidays and all, I think things might be taking a bit longer. At least, that's what I'm planning to do. Good luck in getting credit.:sunshine:

Please no!!! I took a little time off for the holidays to go visit my mom in Florida so I was not doing manual credits. I started getting them all going again today and should have them all caught up tomorrow. We've been asking people during the holidays to give us at least 10 days on all purchases because by the time the merchants get them to us (which is usually delayed) and then we get to them (which is delayed), it is taking longer than usual.

Not to mention today is only 12/27. It hasn't been even 7 days yet for the shopping. It has been exactly 7 for the offer but most of those days were weekend or holiday. Give everything a chance to come through. With the Christmas and now the New Years holidays everything will be slow. give EVERYTHING except the daily surveys and offers that are quick crediting at least 10 days to come through.

Sorry!! I did file the TT for the Ped egg offer and got credit for it already. I wasn't going to file the TT for the shopping until next week so I will hold off on doing that. I was getting nervous that it wasn't showing as pending yet. Now that I know it's taking a bit longer I'll just wait it out. Sorry again, I'm just paranoid (and trying to mantain SM status...nothing like waiting till the last minute :rotfl: ).

I ordered on 12/17 and it came today through USPS.
Yes, the "shavings" turn into a kind of fine powder and they flake everywhere. It could be just the way I was holding it or something like that though. But now I know for next time and can be better prepared :)

I am sooo glad to hear some REAL descriptions and opinions about this one! I have had my trusty .99 foot cheese grater with a white plastic handle for a million years. It is cheese graterish on one side and way heavy sand paperish on the other side. From what I could see on the tv add and pictures, this egg looks very much the same. Please tell us more ladies...I like the way mine works, but am not crazy about the mess. Also, do you use the pedegg on dry or wet feet? I know soaking your feet first cuts down on the mess too. Hey...I bet if someone were to do a little video with an affiliate link and put it in their blog, they could make a lot of money!!
I have a terrible fear of anything even remotely resembling a razor (I use Veet or whatever that stinky stuff is on my legs). But the more all of you keep talking about this, the more compelled I am going to feel to buy it. I'm such a follower. :rotfl:

It's probably very similar to what you already have. It has the grater part and then sticky pads that are like pumice to smooth it out more. I do know thaty it says all over the directions that you need to use it only on Dry skin,

It says to use it until your feet are where you would like them. However, I would have been there MANY more minutes "shaving" my feet. So, I figured I will do this every other day for a couple weeks and see. I tend to be a barefoot and flip flop person, which is why my feet are pretty rough. So I imagine in the summer I will be using it quite a bit more. I think it is more of a continual thing - every week or 2 to "clean" up your feet.

I think I've given up waiting. Unfortunately, I do not have an e-mail address for them to send them a message. I never got a shipping confirmation from them, but I did get a order confirmation with a telephone number on it. I would really like to both phone and e-mail so I have a record of this. Does anyone have that in their paperwork?

Okay, I took the plunge and ordered one. I have to say I never heard of shaving your feet before this. I thought you just lotioned them to death. When I broke my ankle, my heels were awful. But, once I was able to actually get to my heels, I started using Bath & Body body cream, heavy handed and made them as soft as a baby's butt (and, I know baby butts:) ). But, alas, I went back to work (and, those baby butts) and I got lax. So, I need the PedEgg.

Well, here is an update on my continuing saga of trying to get what I paid for.
I called the phone number for Telebrands Customer Service supplied on my Order Confirmation. I kept getting a busy signal, but I finally got "lucky" enough to be put in the que. 24 minutes later, I actually got to speak to someone. She stated it was shipped 1/8/08 by "regular mail" and I need to give it 15 business days before worrying. I should get it any day now, she stated. I asked why my cc was charged 12/26 if it was not shipped then. She said that was unusual, and she didn't have an answer for that. Actually, I found her to be not very friendly on the phone. At the end, she said she apologized for the delay, but it was in an automatic, not sincere voice.
Let's see if it comes as promised. 6 days to CT from NJ is a long time!:(

I think it will take several "shaves" to make 'em smooth as an egg, but I have high hopes.:cooldance: I had something similar to this years ago and I always called it my cheese grater, but I think this grater will work better. I'll attempt to get some more off tomorrow. I'm wondering if I should have ordered the "miracle" foot cream. For those that got this, did you order the cream and, if so, do you think it's miraculous? The egg came with a reorder form that gives you free shipping on reorders as a "thank you", so I'm wondering if the cream will just kind of tip the scales (of the feet), so to speak?

I got a confirmation e-mail when I first ordered it, but nothing else. It took them 2 days to bill my cc, and over 3 weeks for me to receive it. However, it seems like a nifty little toy. It smoothed out the soles of my feet some. I think you need to use it a little bit at a time, though, so your feet won't get sore.

I got one of these for my DH because he is always using one of those black blocks you buy at the drugstore on his feet. He just sort of grimaced when I gave it to him early this week, but today he told me to get at least one more and maybe some replacement blades. I only got one the first time since I had no idea if he would like it or not and he would think it a waste of money if he didn't like it to have bought 2.

I saw the Ped Eggs in Target this past weekend. They are located in the housewares section on the end-cap with the "As Seen on TV" stuff. One regular white (not the black "Platinum" egg) is $9.99. It is sold in a blister pack - no lotion and I didn't look close enough to see how many of the sticky sand paper is included.

I finally broke down and bought one. I was talked into it at Sally's Beauty Supply. 9.99 there as well. The employee told me it was great.
I tried it and it is wonderful! It doe leak some of the skin but you can put a towel under you to catch that. My feet have not looked this good in I don't know how long. Even my mother said that she hasn't seen my feet like this in a long time. They were looking bad.
I just redid it again this morning as I noticed they were getting a little dry again. They feel great again. I think it has been about a week and a half or two weeks since I did it last time.

I did the same thing. I used to hate how hard they had to work to scrub the dead skin off my feet. I tipped well for the work they had to do. She also used a type of acid stuff that she spread on my soles, let it sit, then it helped scrub more skin off.
Since I've been using the ped egg, I finally went to get pedicure again last week. She still put that stuff on my feet, but she didn't scrub nearly as much and they look really good now.
I love my ped egg. My mom bought one too!
