It's a great website with healthy recipes, tips, etc. Click on that banner and sign up for their newsletter (I have found some great holiday eating tips). Please use the email address that you use for SR. One person will win a $25 Amazon.com gift certificate!

Me Too! Was this an offer on SR sometime before? That is about the ONLY way I would be signed up. Plus I used my regular email and I don't use that for offers...so that seems strange...

Well I filled out the form and got a page that said, Sorry, my request was deemed unhealthy! :rotfl: How did they have me figured out so fast????? :D

I saw a really good recommendation in their newsletter last week about not going to the mall hungry. When you think about it, it is totally true! They have those buttery pretzels, cafe court full of food, cookie places, etc. I never really thought about eating a snack before I went to the mall to avoid an unnecessary splurge.
