Just wanted to let you all know that my Merci nominee, JoAnn, and I will be appearing during the last segment of the Rachael Ray Show on Friday, December 21. This is the person who feeds the homeless in Camden, and my "creative reward" to thank her was to have a top chef like Rachael cook for her (like she does for so many others!).

Thanks for posting this, and for sharing in my prize. Yes, it was a bit short, but we had time to chat with Rachael in between and she was really great and interested in the mission and the contest. I told her (and everyone!) that I did it to earn money toward Disney through Sunshine Rewards! (I had to admit that, although JoAnn is totally unselfish in the mission, I was a bit greedy - I wanted that payout!)

Please feel free to use it for promotion. But I do ask this - if possible, could you add a link to JoAnn's mission, WithYourHelp.org? She's just starting it and we were hoping the mention would make it on RR, but no such luck.

Oh, and when Rachael said,"I hope you ladies like beets" we sort of were like, "Oh, beets, great," a little less than enthusiastic. But it was terrific!
