I did this offer on Friday, December 14th. I did not receive credit , they have charged my account and tried to deliver it today (I wasn't home.)
The problem is that I inadvertently deleted the e-mail they sent me when I signed up. How am I going to file a trouble ticket? It is a fast crediting offer and I know others have received a fast credit, otherwise I would wait another week.
What should I do?
