Did anyone do this? My husband ordered me a subscription and I already received the DVD, but no credit. I'm hoping he followed my instructions OK. I did file a TT but, just wondering if anyone else had problems with this crediting.

I've actually seen 2 or 3 credits come through.

I'm so glad that you filed a ticket because yours was one that came through but for some reason, it didn't credit to your account. So when I saw yours, I was able to fix them for everyone. :)

I've ordered 3 gift subscriptions all on different days. Credits for the first order came through.

Nothing for orders 2 and 3.

Gift #1 ordered Dec 11th
Gift #2 ordered Dec 21st
Gift #3 ordered Dec 27th

One credit on December 21st. All have been confirmed as redeemed and shipped. If it's the first one that credited it took 10 days. Today is 10 days for #2. I'll wait a few more days and then file a TT.

I've ordered 3 gift subscriptions all on different days. Credits for the first 2 orders came through right away. I did the last one on 12-26 and no credit yet.

I wouldn't worry about that one at all since it has been less than a week and I am still working on all of the manual credits to get them done before midnight.

Thanks!! I just rechecked my account and adjusted my post. Looks like my first credit took about 10 days to post so I have time. And the 2nd AND 3rd ones haven't posted yet. I was mistaken.

Those credits will be a nice addition to my first quarter 2008 SM balance.
