When I search by GIFT CERTIFICATES Barnes and Noble comes up and shows the 3% cash back. Does that mean I get 3% back on GC purchases with them?

That actually depends on the merchant. Most of them specifically state in their terms and we try to include that. Are you talking about B&N specifically?

Yes, I was talking about B&N specifically. I just went to the store and got what I needed today because I wasn't sure.
