Tricia or Cindy?? Trouble ticket credit not received

Hi guys! I filed a TT on 11/16/07 for Oriental Trading Co. It is still listed as pending and I was wondering when, or if, I would get credit for it. Would I need to file again? Thanks!!

Does it show as pending in your account history or in your TT list? If it is listed as pending in your account history list it should have credited at some point in the middle of last night. If it is listed as pending in the TT list then it is waiting for submission to the merchant or for a response from the merchant and you don't need to do anything else.

Your trouble ticket is listed as submitted to merchant. That means when we get credit, you will too. We generally ask a couple times but if we don't received credit in 90 days, more then likely its not going to happen. Past that, not much else we can do.

I have one pending from there too from around the same time frame. It's weird cause the orders I placed before and after that order showed up within a few hours. I have always gotten credit from them quickly - don't know why this one is stalled but I'm good at waiting and it won't stop me from ordering from them again.

Did you happen to use any codes that you got in catalogs from them?

I didn't. There was a code listed when you clicked on the SR link for free shipping over 60.00 - I used that and turned around not too long after and used the same link, code, etc and got credit really quickly.

Hope you get your credit. I've had a trouble ticket since 10/25/07 hanging around still. I guess it just comes down to whether or not the company wants to pay or not. As for me, I'm not holding my breath!:rolleyes:
