Trouble Ticket Question

How long should I wait before filing a TT? The purchase has been about 10 days ago and it still doesn't show up as pending. Thanks.

You can file a TT ten days after the purchase. So, it looks like you can go ahead a file one. Good Luck! :sunshine:

Just be sure that you didn't use any non-SR coupons before you file, including anything that the merchant sent directly to you. We've been turned down on most of our disputes this past couple of weeks and it is almost always because people used another coupon.

I usually wait until 10 business days after it ships since most companies won't give credit until after the item ships out.

I didn't use any coupons. I won't be surprised if I don't get it because I absolutely hate this company due to horrible customer service. Every year I say I'm through but then I find something that isn't available other places. :angrywife:
