Got my first survey done. Having trouble with the SM survey - tried repeated and it won't let the commercials load. Also, can't seem to complete the OTX surveys. I get to the end of the survey, it asks my age, and when I put it in, it states I put in inaccurate information, be careful the next time. Now I do know my age, and it hasn't changed since last April. Tried again, thinking I must have put something in wrong - the same thing happened. I think the survey needs to be fixed.

I had same problem. I wound up checking "None of the Above" and got an easy one on what products you purchased the last 3 months. The last page hung for over a minute, but finally got the congrats page. So don't panic if it hangs!

I finally got one, it was running really slow. After the survey (office products purchased in 2007) it gave me the congrats page but didn't take me back to SR. When I went to SR and went to see if it would let me take another one, it said I exceeded my limit, so hopefully it will credit.

SM surveys post on the hour. You need to make sure that you are clearing cookies before doing the SM surveys because they track by cookies and you can't get credit for another one until you clear cookies after doing the first. I hope that helps!

I had a "funky" yesterday as well. The survey I took gave me the "thank you" but when I went back to doublecheck, it didn't give me the "exceeded" message - it would have let me in to take another one. So, I let DH take one and he then got the "exceeded" message. Today, both of them credited. :confused: I didn't make 31, I'll be one lousy survey shy. But, I'm very happy with the $5 bonus that I'll get. That's a drink on the ship ~ and that works for me!

Did you do the survey after 8pm last night? Greenfield usually resets the clock then - so if you did your survey after 8pm, try tonight after 8pm (it will still count towards January if you do it before midnight.) Good Luck!

Whew!!! tried this morning for my 31st survey and couldn't get it in, had a funeral to go to, and spent 30 mins being very darn persistant and finally got one! WHOO HOO!!!!!

Are they on Eastern Time? Because in that case you might have hit the nail on the head. I'm in CA and did the survey sometime between 4:30 and 6:00 (can't remember exactly, but it was at the end of the day & I left the office at 6:00). I guess I'll give it another try later today when it's closer to the same time. And I'll keep my fingers crossed.
