Cellware/Cellfish

In another thread, there was a "thanks for the heads up" about one of these offers but I can't find the originally posted caution. Any words of advice on one or both of these?

Also, I believe Cellfish requires you to give them your cellphone number and may have a sign up for a service added to it so read the terms very well. Cellware was very easy and only requires that you create a user name and password.

I did cellfish before. You have to receive something like 3 confirmation text messages so that might add a charge to your account if you aren't set up for that already. Otherwise there are no fees associated with it and they don't send you texts randomly. I haven't heard from them since the original 3. Its a free service for ringtones and pictures if your phone/provider is set up to work with them. Verizon is not but I was still able to have an account with Cellfish.
