12/28 survey didn't credit...

did anyone else have this problem??? All the other surveys credited correctly, it is just the survey from the 28th. It was about airlines and may have had something to do with business trips. Anyone else?

I was coming to check that out also, mine didn't credit either and I know I took one, bc it was early Friday morning. The 31st didn't credit for me either, without either one of those I won't hit the 30 mark and I know I did one for every day of the month. I need at least ONE of those to credit to hit my 30!

I would bet that they had an issue and will have to manually upload those dates. I am sure Tricia will let you guys know what happened and when you can expect to see them credit.

It looks like they uploaded all of the stats except the 28th, which makes an absolute MESS for me because it means that our auto creditor will now not work on them. Grrrr..... I will keep an eye out for them for awhile and get them loaded manually as soon as we can get them. It will mean that bonuses will not be done until this evening or tomorrow, though, because I want to make sure that they have their monthly numbers all straightened out before I do them.

I was also wondering why 12/28 didn't credit. I had used the library at the public library while on vacation and I doublechecked that I got the message that I exceeded the daily limit so I thought I was good. But, when I didn't see the 12/28 credit, I thought maybe it didn't work after all because it wasn't my own computer. Crossing my fingers that it will come through.

Whew!!!! I was just ready to run and check out my SR notebook too. I was trying really hard after Christmas to hit the 20 mark to get the bonus. I struggled to get in a survey every night. I am glad that I am not the only one that didn't get credit for the 28th. Sorry Tricia that it makes extra work for you.

Thanks, I new that they didn't come through and she had to do them manually. I was more curious to see if they can see them yet, just knowing they have them and their not uploaded would make me breathe easier.

Just wanted to say thanks for how quickly the uncredited 12/28 survey issue was cleared up - what good work! Would have said thanks sooner, but i caught some nasty little stomach bug that laid me flat :sick: Uggh. At least I feel better now & can get going on SR again!

I saw that - after I posted I read the entire thread... I did not think I had a chance but I did get the exceeded screen - I always check. It must be my computer. IT is starting to shut down and restart on me without warning. When it comes back up - all cookies are cleared as well as all my history etc. So it may have shut down before the cookies could have done what ever it is they do....

if your coumputer shuts down and restarts offten with no erros thats a good sign that your computer is invected with something! and should be cleand, Spyware, adware, virus, everything! to make sure your computer has not my hijacked by some program or person!

We have done it all - my DH even had our computer buddies come over to see if they could do something we had not - they think the hard drive is about to crash. We are currently transferring everything to a back up drive so we can replace it. It has good days and bad days amd let me tell you it is frustrating on bad days when I am 30 minutes into a survey and it restarts before I can finish :computer:

Ugh that sounds dreadful. My work computer started doing that often last year about this time. It would actually blue screen on my then I'd have to reboot. My IT dept couldn't figure out what to do so eventually they issued a new laptop in July and I haven't had any issues yet.

OK, that does sound like it could be a hardware failing if all the scans have come up clean, Great idea on backing up info! its its the Hard Drive it could go at any time, but some other things it could be is a bad sector on your ram, or a failing powersupply, or in the worst case a failing motherboard! But no matter when it fails you will have a backup and thats something most people do not have when their computer breaks/dies. I do hope you can find the problem soon, and are able to keep SRing with us!
