Vista Print T-shirt Question - low resolution message

I was playing around with some t-shirt designs and one of the pictures I uploaded came back with a message that the picture was low resolution and would not print well. It seems that I remember someone saying that they had gotten that message and their t-shirt printed fine. Anyone remember that???

I haven't printed a t-shirt from them, but I did the photo calender and all of my pictures had the Low-resolution on them and it turned out just fine.

I've printed a few posters before with that message and they typically come back fuzzy. So that could be what they are referring to.
