TT Question

I have a TT that was filed 12/4. The status says "submitted to merchant." Since it has been almost a month, do I just write this one off or is there something else I can do. I am fortunte that I have very little experience with TT so any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

My understanding is SR submits it and will update the ticket when they hear back from them. Some bigger companies only do it once a month etc.
