Don't Paypal cashouts show as "pending" ...

until they're actually paid? Granted, it's been a long time since I last cashed out, but I was surprised to see my recent request marked as "paid" when it technically won't be until the end of next month. I thought it showed as "pending" or something like that 'til it was actually sent to my Paypal account?

it is immediatly deducted from your accout and shown as a debit.
