Has this ever happened to you with an offer?

I just did one of the fairly new MID offers. I cleared cookies, private data and used a new email. Got all the way through it and on the last page it said something like, Thank you for participating, but only 1 offer is allowed per person or household (don't remember which) and our records show you have already done another offer at some time. That has never happened to me and MID offers have credited very well in the past. I'll see if I get this one. Has this happened to anyone else?

I think it happened to me with the last one she put up, the clorox one maybe? When I saw it didn't credit and other's were getting it, I tried again the next day clearing everything, used a different email addy ( I think I used gmail the first time and went with yahoo the next) and it worked.

I did not get that message on the newest one but I also didn't get credit yet. I'll be trying it with a different email tomorrow.
