I started at 8PM trying to qualify for a survey. I was using my info, nothing squanky on my part.

I wasn't qualifying for anything, nothing. I went back to the home page and my balance is now zero! All the survey page links now come up with just a blank white page.

Is it just me?

I am wondering the same thing. I have the same referral and history as the OP. I also noticed there is a help ticket in the trouble window. I guess Tricia already knows about it and is working on it.

I'm thinking they are doing a backup or upgrade on the site. It should all be saved on the server before they started this so just give it a few hours and things should go back to normal.

Everything should be back to normal. I was working on some new stuff and messed up a couple of the accounting pages for a bit. All back to normal now.
