I bought some stuff on Friday the 3rd from Toys R Us and Dale and Thomas Popcorn. I show it as being on a credit hold until January 6th, however the credits haven't acutally posted. Is the hold supposed to be longer than just the 6th or what? Any help is appreciated.

The credits should come off hold when the script runs tonight around 4am. You should see them in your balanca tomorrow.

Thank you, I was actually surprised that they were coming off so soon. I thought all shopping had a 15 day hold.

The shopping hold is 21 days for normal members but only 3 days for SuperMembers(most of the time it takes longer to post so once they post that night they are added when the script runs)

Yes, they do that as a security measure to prevent fraud by people buying, then getting credits, then cashing out quickly, then returning the items they bought, which would then reverse the credits that they already quickly cashed out for.

The credits show up as pending before 21 days but they are put on hold and you aren't allowed to cash them out before the 21 day mark. Once you become a Super Member (by making $100 in credits in a quarter) you get the perk of having shopping holds removed in 3 days instead of 21. You should be able to see the credits within 10 - 14 days but not access them for 21 days. HTH!
