I love books and have tried many of the book clubs through SR. Signed up for Quality Paperback Books today. The credit showed pending on the hour:D. But it is a credit hold for one month? I know there are very few mistakes on SR but is this correct? If it is it's no real problem, just seemed strange.

It sounds normal to me! Most of the larger payout offers have credit holds till the 15th of the next month. It wouldn't matter if you did it Feb. 1 or Feb 28, it would still pend till March 15 if it was one of those offers.
