Question re OTX SM crediting

The SM survey usually credits for me on the top of the next hour after I take it. I took it this morning around 8:30 and got the Congrats message. I continue to get the exceed message. But, it didn't credit at 9 or 10. Anyone else having this trouble?

I had that trouble yesterday. Took it yesterday evening, got the congrats page and it still hasn't credited. :computer:

Make sure that you guys are clearing your cookies before taking these because they track by cookies. If you take it once and either do or do not get credit you have to clear cookies before taking one the next hour or day.

I did clear my cookies last night (probably several times) after taking the SM survey as I was doing some offers so I'm crossing my fingers...

Just for the record, mine USUALLY credit in the next hour, but once in a while they take much longer. Don't give up hope yet!:sunshine:

Yup - I definitely cleared cookies too. Last night was the first time I've had a problem with it not crediting. Oh well. Onward and upward!

IMHO if they don't credit on the 2nd hr they won't. In the past if they haven't by the 2nd hour then they never do. I had OTX credit today on the hour, haven't tried SM yet today.

I had no problem with today's SM survey - credited right away. Win some, lose some I guess! :)
